General responsibilities include assembling, filling, labeling, and kitting small light-weight products in a manufacturing laboratory environment. Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor automated fill/finish and auto-fill line equipment to ensure accurate dispensing, consistent output, and adherence to production specifications.
Conduct in-process inspections (e.g., fill volume, labeling, packaging) and escalate any deviations or equipment irregularities.
Set up, calibrate, and maintain auto-fill lines, including performing routine preventive maintenance and resolving mechanical or control-system issues to minimize downtime.
Performing Manual tasks such as bottle filling and device assembly, pouching, labeling, and kitting.
Adhere to and accurately complete production documentation.
Perform set-ups, changeovers, and cleanups of work areas.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Assistance with warehouse order picking, packing, and general warehousing.
Required Skills:
Experience operating or supporting automated production, fill/finish, or packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment.

General Summary

Assists physicians in the performance of cardiovascular diagnostic testing and other therapeutic/interventional procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.
Principal Responsibilities And Tasks

If certified by ARRT: Operates fluoroscopy, digital angiography equipment, applying ionizing radiation to cardiology patients in accordance with standard operating procedures and according to departmental policies and procedure
Operates hemodynamic assessment tools to include cardiac output, blood gas analyzers, oxygen consumption analyzers, and patient monitoring equipment such as blood pressure cuffs, electrocardiogram and pulse oximeters to measure the various vital functions during the procedure.
Operates procedural equipment to include but not limited to: Intravascular Ultrasound, Fractional Flow Reserve, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps, Impella, Anglo-Jet, Power Injector.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Associates degree or diploma from accredited radiologic technology/RCIS/RCES program
BLS certification is required.
ACLS certification is preferred, but the employee has one year to obtain the certification if the ACLS is a first-time endeavor.
Certification from the ARRT as an RT(R)(CVI), RT(R)(CI) or RT(R)(VI) and licensure by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist

The individual in this position is responsible for promoting, monitoring, and coordinating the Company's Quality Management Plan for all projects assigned. This person will assist the Corporate Quality Control Manager and the Construction Managers in the implementation of quality control procedures and provide oversight and guidance to ensure that construction, safety, and quality standards are upheld.
Essential Functions
Analyze daily schedule for possible high risk work items and coordinate with any lab subcontractors for each day's work
Manage time as required to monitor work without direction from Corporate QC Manager
Identify and report any work deficiencies/non-conformities for tracking and resolution. Assist the Corporate QC Manager in identifying root causes
Fill out daily reports and document regular on-site construction to ensure compliance with contract documents
Monitor, observe, and report on field quality control for materials testing activities and coordinate routine field tests
Inspect materials delivered to the project to verify that the materials received are accompanied by required documentation and are free of damage or defect. Check that materials are stored onsite in a manner that will protect them from weather or equipment damage.
Be a subject matter expert for standards and specifications for projects assigned, and provide guidance for project teams

The Technical Service/Quality Control Technician implements and complies with quality assurance methods and procedures to ensure products and materials are produced in accordance with specifications.
Essential Functions:
Perform specimen tests of concrete from random loads or for special jobs or mixes; prepare test reports as required.
Oversee unique jobs to ensure product standards are met, i.e., jobs that have restrictive specifications or require large quantities of material to be delivered.
Perform aggregates and batch plants tests including daily graduation and moisture tests on all concrete being produced for State and spec projects.
Certify concrete loads being delivered to "spec" jobs in accordance with SHA specifications; check loads for proper procedure and time of mixing.
Perform quality assurance tests on trial batches of new concrete mix designs under close tolerance conditions and make adjustments until mixture meets specifications.
Troubleshoot problems with customers, analyze and evaluate specific conditions, situations, quantities, etc., and provide appropriate resolution.
Provide technical assistance and training to plant managers, equipment and yard operators, and drivers when requested.
Perform laboratory tests including gradation, moisture, lightweight particles and specific gravity tests on aggregates.
Select samples for materials that need certification by an outside laboratory or that are beyond the department capability. Transport these samples to the testing agency.
Perform additional tasks such as cleaning facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness, moving equipment and materials, and completing tasks for other positions when incumbent is absent.
Assist the Technical Services Manager and Assistant Manager as needed.

About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Technician 1 to join our team at our Baltimore, MD facility. The Quality Technician 1 is responsible for quality inspection for all products to ensure they conform to all applicable company and quality standards. This position will test products after, in process, and in final stages to ensure quality levels are met.
Note: This Position is for 2nd Shift. Hours are Monday-Friday 2pm-1030p
What You'll Do
Ensures all test equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
Performs routine & job specific load performance tests to ensure compliance with published specs.
Performs incoming inspections on products received from vendor.
Has a working knowledge of all equipment and machinery within the facility.
Performs daily in process quality audits on products on production floor.
Performs testing needed for qualifications of new or revised products.
Maintains updated certified testing reports on standard products.
Assists with continuous improvement of product and manufacturing processes to improve quality, reduce costs, and ensure product quality objectives are met.
As assigned by supervisor, visits job sites to identify problems and recommends solutions.
Maintains good housekeeping and follow established safety procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned or directed by Team Leader/Supervisor.
Follows all policies, procedures, and work instructions including Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Manufacturing Operating Procedures (MOPs), Job Safety Analysis (JSAs), and Safety Manual.
Maintains awareness of individual contribution to and impact of the quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies and activities; reports all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel.
Additional Expectations
Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop or crouch for at least an 8-hour shift.
Must be computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
Ability to use various tools and measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, dial indicators, feeler gauges, etc. and verify all test equipment is in calibration and maintained in good working order.
Strong shop-floor orientation.
Knowledge of aluminum cutting and milling operation is a plus.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment with accuracy and integrity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
Three (3) plus years manufacturing experience.
