What to Expect:
The Production Technician - Field Service is a hybrid role supporting both real-time production troubleshooting and customer field service needs. What You'll Do:
Diagnose and troubleshoot production line issues in real time, including electrical, wiring, mechanical, and test/debug failures.

Support field service activities, including product installation, commissioning, and issue resolution at customer sites.
Participate in pre-construction and coordination meetings to review system layouts, electrical requirements, and installation details.

Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Project Management teams to ensure technical accuracy and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:
2-5 years of experience in production support, field service, or technical troubleshooting - ideally in an electrical, electronics, or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of electrical systems (low-voltage acceptable), wiring, and test/debug processes, with the ability to read electrical schematics.

The Cleanroom Quality Technician is responsible to ensure that all company and customer technical and regulatory requirements are followed within the Precision Cleaning Division. Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our 2nd shift maintenance and QC team in Chester, CT. The Maintenance and Quality Control Technician will be accountable for the general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and be responsible for the quality of produced parts.
This position is full time, on site in Chester, CT 3:30pm through 12:00am. There may be occasional overtime as required by business needs.
Essential Functions:
All aspects of maintenance of the assembly lines and quality control.
Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
Perform advanced troubleshooting to determine necessary repairs.
Order supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
Perform PM (preventative maintenance) on all assembly equipment.
Basic milling and lathe work.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Basic tool repair (grinding, polishing, etc.).
Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
Use a pallet jack/forklift.
Read and understand engineering drawings (dimensioning and tolerancing).
Perform tests according to company quality standards; report results to supervisor for analysis and action steps.
Consult with supervisor to determine appropriate recommendations and remedies for questionable products.
Perform critical dimension checks on incoming products and raw materials.
Use calipers, metric tape, and other measuring devices to determine fine color distinctions.
Perform visual quality inspection of incoming finished products.
Perform first-piece inspections and checks as noted on production sheets.
Create NMRs and control rejected material.
Provide support to receiving by identifying material as needed.
Computer data entry using SAP system.
General housekeeping.
Observe all safety requirements.
Must wear safety equipment as required.

Hand-eye coordination.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Minimum Required Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required
On-the-job training offered
Valid Driver License Required
Required Work Experience:
Related experience of 2 years preferred

Pay Range:
The Pay Range for this position is $27.00 - 29.00 hourly. The actual pay range will depend on varying circumstances and individualized factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. The pay range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential pay range for this role.
