Job Description
Responsible for general site upkeep, such as, general maintenance, housekeeping, stocking, etc.
Operate forklifts to support plant operations.
Assisting with operating equipment and systems in accordance with site specific activities.
Support quality control and adherence.
Basic understanding of standard procedures and safety programs.
Alert senior technicians and leadership as needed when non-conformities in product or process variance occur.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Manufacturing Quality Inspector will inspect critical parts in each department to confirm they are within a desired specification. They will evaluate and investigate root cause for deficiencies. The Quality Inspector will assist the Quality Manager to make sure protocols are met, and at times, processes are implemented to ensure we produce the highest quality product.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
Reads and interprets customer specifications in comparison to drawings and production output.
Assist the Quality Manager in reducing rework and eliminating waste.
Inspects parts to confirm no issues are present.
Assist the Quality Manager and maintain all quality control documentation are being followed in accordance with company standards.
Conduct a root cause analysis to determine future steps with Quality Manager that need to be taken on effected part.
Assist the Quality Manger in any other projects being worked on for the betterment of the company.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a quality inspector or in the manufacturing industry

WORKING CONDITIONS
This position is in a general shop and sometimes outside, and it has access to all welfare facilities. In some cases, the temperature can be warmer or colder depending on the season. Most of the hazards come from machines but following proper procedures should minimize risk. This position will be exposed to the elements and will have to prepare themselves with the right equipment to ensure safety.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position requires standing and walking for the majority of the shift. During shifts, some projects require the use of feet, hands, and fingers for over 60 minutes at a time. Depending on the season, different protective apparel will be required. The use of knees, legs, back, shoulders, and arms can vary from 15 minutes to 60 minutes. This position requires reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling to complete job tasks. Responsibilities
Work in an acute care cardiac cath lab with 3 suites handling both IR and cardiac inpatient add-ons
Average caseload is 4-5 cases per day with a variety of diagnoses including compression fractures, venous access, chest pain, pulmonary hypertension, GI bleeds, PE, and DVT
Procedures may require intra-procedural circulating, medication administration, and sedation
Uses Siemens equipment, EPIC and Apollo cardiac charting
Day shift, 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 4 days per week
Minimum of 10 weeknight call shifts and 2 weekend call shifts (1 IR and 1 Cardiac) required
Must float for call to all 3 campuses as needed
Call response time is 30 minutes to the home campus
Versatile lab primarily performing interventional radiology with cardiac inpatient procedures and STEMI stabilization, including IABP if needed
Team includes 3 cath lab techs and is supported by a supervisor who approves schedules
1 week of unit-specific orientation provided, including on-call training
Artificial nails are prohibited in all patient care areas and compliance with this policy is mandatory
Surgical green scrubs required
RTO up to 7 days per 13-week contract must be requested up front; additional time off not approved
Candidates must not have been employed by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and Dignity, within the past year
Permanent residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years hospital-based cardiac cath or interventional radiology experience required
Current RCIS, ACLS (AHA), and BLS (AHA) certifications required
Active state license required if applicable; pending licenses not accepted

Driver's license required for consideration and used to confirm compliance with 50-mile radius rule

Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with 2+ years of acute care cardiac cath and interventional radiology experience and RCIS certification.
Responsibilities
Work in an acute care hospital setting within a Level II trauma facility
Department covers both Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology cases
3 procedure suites with an average of 4-5 cases per day
Patient population includes those with cardiac, vascular, and interventional radiology needs such as compression fractures, venous access, chest pain, pulmonary embolism, DVT, and more
Procedures include intra-procedural circulating, supply/medication management, and sedation for cardiac and IR interventions
Uses Epic and Apollo cardiac charting systems; Epic experience is valued
Siemens equipment is utilized in the department
Shift is 4x10 hour days, 07:00-17:30, with supervisor-approved scheduling
Call is required, including a minimum of 10 weeknights and 2 weekends per contract; 30-minute response time to primary campus
Floating for call coverage is required across three campuses as needed
Duties include procedural support, supply and medication management, sedation, and emergency cardiac and IR interventions such as STEMI stabilization
Work in a versatile lab prepared for high-acuity emergencies including IABP support
1 week orientation provided, including unit-specific and on-call training
Radiation badge provided; surgical green scrubs required
Floating to all three campuses may occur for on-call and daily needs
Artificial fingernails are prohibited in patient care areas
A 50-mile residence radius rule applies; local candidates must live outside this radius
RTO (up to 7 days per 13-week contract) must be requested up front; further RTO not approved post-hire
Holiday call coverage required as scheduled
Minimum of 2 professional references, including one supervisor from past 12 months and another from the last 3 years, are needed for consideration
Requirements
Minimum 2 years recent experience in hospital-based cardiac cath and interventional radiology
RCIS, BLS, and ACLS certifications required
Active state or compact licensure required at time of consideration; license required if applicable
Experience with Siemens equipment and Epic EMR preferred
Knowledge of circulating and sedation in interventional procedures
Driver's license required for eligibility verification and to meet radius rules
Must be able to respond to call within 30 minutes of home campus
Must not have been employed (full, part time or PRN) by CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity within the past year
