Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Assist in developing and improving quality control procedures.
Conduct audits of batch plants and material suppliers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associate degree in construction or materials science is a plus.
2+ years of experience in concrete quality control or inspection.
Familiarity with ACI, ASTM, and NPCA standards.
ACI Certification (Field Testing Technician Grade I) preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

SUMMARY
Tests and inspects products at various stages of production process to ensure 100% completeness and accuracy against customer specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and completeness of the order.
Selects products for tests at specified stages in production process, and tests products for variety of qualities such as dimensions, color accuracy, structural, electrical characteristics.
Sets up and performs tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life or material characteristics.
Inspects products for UL compliance and applies appropriate labels to completed product.
Documents completion of product in Wrike (Project Management Software) through paperwork and pictures.
Creates quality alerts when a quality issue is found and works with leadership to implement corrective actions.
Works directly with Engineering Manager to create engineering change requests (ECN) as non-conformances are found.
Works directly with Project Managers to update product quality and completeness of orders.
Recommends to Plant Management modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in production. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees and evaluating work performance.

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Dothan, Alabama. Required Qualifications:
• One year's recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
Preferred Qualifications:
• Valid Radiologic Technologist license in compliance within state regulations
• PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC Certifications
• Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position
Summary:
The Cath Lab Technologist is responsible for assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab. This role involves preparing patients and equipment, monitoring hemodynamic data, assisting physicians during procedures, and ensuring patient safety throughout the process. The technologist operates specialized imaging equipment, maintains sterile technique, and collaborates with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care. This position requires technical expertise in cardiovascular procedures, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
Essential Work Functions:
• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stent placement, electrophysiology studies, and other interventional procedures
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents, and operating fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic monitoring systems, ensuring proper functionality
• Scrub in and assist with sterile field setup, ensuring adherence to infection control and procedural protocols
• Perform sheath removal and hemostasis using manual compression or closure devices as directed
• Maintain accurate documentation, including patient records, imaging data, and equipment logs
• Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and ensuring proper storage of sterile instruments and medications
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols, ensuring proper use of lead aprons, shields, and dosimeters
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
Required Essential Skills:

• Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills

• Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Must be able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail

Duties Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Cath Lab Tech is to provide assistance with patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab (CCL) through the provision of technical assistance to the cardiac catheterization team.
• Provides direct, safe, competent and quality patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department.
• Assists in the performance of various invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Sustains a high level of patient care by communication with the patients, families, and physicians and co-works to address the physical, general and psychosocial needs of the patient.
• Functions under the direction and immediate supervision of the cardiologist/radiologist performing the procedure.
• Assists cardiologist during procedures by operating ancillary equipment, anticipating and obtaining catheters, wires and other necessary inventory and medications as ordered.
• Assure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practiced guidelines.
• Delivers quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Works effectively to maintain an environment of excellence, which is patient-focused, providing timely, compassionate, quality patient care.
• Promotes and maintains a safe work environment for both staff and customers, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
