Overview:

Position Overview
We are seeking a Compliance & Quality Control Officer with strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry to
ensure our operations meet all regulatory and quality standards. This role oversees compliance for 305a mail-
order pharmacy, receiving 305b outsourcing medication, retail pharmacy medications, and controlled substances
(Schedules III & IV). In addition, the Compliance Officer will lead the Quality Control Department, supervising a
team of at least four staff members to maintain the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Oversight
Ensure compliance with 503a mail-order, 503b outsourcing facilities, and retail pharmacy regulations.
Maintain 50-state licensure and handle renewals, audits, and regulatory filings.
Ensure strict adherence to DEA regulations for Schedule III & IV controlled substances.
Oversee OSHA compliance for warehouse operations, including forklift use and high-level storage safety.
Quality Control Leadership
Lead and manage the Quality Control Department, supervising a team of at least four.
Set quality benchmarks and ensure products meet safety, accuracy, and regulatory requirements.
Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to QC staff.
Coordinate with pharmacy, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve quality or compliance issues.
Risk Management & Reporting
Conduct internal audits and prepare for external inspections.
Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
Utilize advanced software and tracking tools for compliance and quality reporting.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of compliance and quality control experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, and develop a team.
Strong computer and reporting system skills.
Bilingual (Spanish & English) - required.
Strong knowledge of DEA controlled substance rules (Schedules III & IV) and OSHA warehouse

The Fuel Quality Technician is responsible for completing fuel quality testing on site (gas stations, convenience stores, facilities that use gasoline or diesel for power) troubleshooting electro-mechanical problems, and performing unscheduled maintenance as well as scheduled maintenance on equipment, based upon customer demand and need. Essential Job Functions:
The primary responsibilities of the FuelGuard Service Technician will include (but are not limited to):
Operate and maintain mobile Fuel Filtration equipment (company truck with trailer attached).
Ability to pull 2" hoses full of fluid in lengths of varying from 16' to 50', drop them down 16' or more in a tank and move them around to sweep the bottom of the tank.
Know how to operate electric generators or compressors and pumps.
Ability to pull a STP that consists o f a motor head, up to 16' feed pipe with a Motor to the bottom which weighs approx. 70 lbs. needs to be removed and placed to the side during cleanings. This will be done with a helper.
Effectively analyzes problem situations pertaining to breakdowns of customer equipment and recommends to customer actions necessary to correct situation.

What You Will Do:
Demonstrate a high level of customer focus, business judgment and teamwork.
Communicate with various levels of management to identify Military Engines quality risks and mitigation plans.
Work in collaboration with the Military Engines Program Quality F135 focused sustainment teams for best practice sharing, read-across activities and continuous improvement.
Collect and analyze process data to minimize workflow disruptions and eliminate non-conformances/escapes.
Collaborate with Engineering when approving First Article Inspections (FAI).
Lead quality system, process, and product audits.
Assist in the development of the annual audit schedule and support 3rd party audits as required.
Raise notifications of non-conformance, quarantines non-conforming product and, when approved to do so, provides disposition.
Manages supplier quality issues through monitoring / escalation processes, escape management, processing of supplier submission of non-conforming material and supporting internal MRB processes.
Facilitate investigations to determine root cause and corrective actions while preventing future recurrence.
Achieving Competitive Excellence; Lead process improvement initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Generate and modify applicable quality-controlled documentation to ensure processes and requirements are clearly defined.

Incoming components: inspect to supplier drawing, artwork, and color standards. Report any deviations to the QC Manager and reject or raise nonconformance as appropriate. Work with Customer Service Representative and Purchasing by reporting all issues regarding CSCs and Direct Buy / Turnkey, Respectively.
Outgoing Inspection: Inspect Finished Goods and WIP's (Part finished items / work in progress) to ISO-2859. Record results on the inspection sheet.
Reworks: When reworks resulting from quarantine inspection or customer complaint are required, support production by checking that reworks are done in accordance with the instructions from Quality.
Perform a gazebo with all involved departments for any non-conformances or red zone issues. Document each non-conformance by following the Non-Conforming SOP (Issuance of a Non-Conformance number, description of the non-conformance, and corrective action / reworks instruction if applicable).
Send pre-ship samples and OFA submissions to the customer in timely manner (24 hours) as required. Edit logs and submission forms accordingly.
Update the status in Oracle for Packaging, PPOs, and Finished Goods as required.
Ensure all issues are communicated to QC Manager and that any deviations are documented.

Quality Technicians assist in identifying and documenting process and product non-conformances. They work with operations team members to perform and document problem-solving investigations. In addition, Quality Technicians may review device history records, authorize release of finished product/processes and execute calibration and environmental monitoring processes.
This is a day shift position; Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm.
What You'll Do as a Quality Technician
• Assist in production line Quality investigations and associated problem-solving activities.
• Will coordinate and conduct in-process and final QC product acceptance testing, depending on facility.
• Investigates production line stoppages to identify corrective actions.
• Participates on a Material Review Board to review and process non-conformance reports.

Required:
