What will you do as a Production Quality ControlTechnician?
As part of the Operations Team, the Quality ControlTechnician is responsible for quality control functions including inventory control and auditing to assure company standards are maintained and product integrity is preserved. The QC Technician conducts product age studies as required by company's standard operating procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Test syrup and water to ensure they meet KORE requirements.
Understand mixing instructions and requirements.
Inventory raw materials to prep for production. Utilize proper equipment and machinery including forklifts as required.
Evaluate sanitation effectiveness and respond to emerging deficiencies.
Set up equipment in preparation for use by manually lifting and moving equipment and/or chemicals and/or concentrates.
Assess and rectify problems on all equipment.
Read, understand and follow standard operating procedures.
Conduct product testing as required by KORE.
Oversight of calibration program.
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and processes.
Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.

Position Description:

Maintain and complete proper records and documentation.
Take appropriate corrective action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction
including NCR, SCAR, and CAR databases for non-conforming product.

specifications.

Conduct warranty analysis on batteries returned from Authorized Service Centers and Authorized

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Conducts chemical and physical tests on materials for such qualities as chemical composition, purity, color, stability, density, and particle size
Sets up, adjusts, and operates laboratory equipment and instruments such as ICP-OES, analytical balances, scales, AA spectrophotometer, colorimeter, surface area analyzer, and other equipment.
Identifies raw material conditions by collecting material samples, visually inspecting, and preparing composite samples of raw materials for analysis.
Collects and tests samples of manufactured products to verify conformity to specifications.
Records test results on worksheets and accurately enters results into a database.
Accurately and clearly communicate results in appropriate formats to target audiences, both technical and non-technical
Interface with other company departments and individual plant personnel as needed to complete work in a safe and timely manner
Cleans calibrates and completes preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment.
Prepare and standardize chemical solutions according to standard formulas.
Prepare, package, and ship samples to customers according to all company policies and transport regulations.
Maintain clean and safe work areas at all times
Special reports and analysis as assigned by Quality Control Supervisor.
