Position Summary: As a Cobot Production Technician, you will be responsible to set-up, program and validate various robotic solutions. You will be working with all levels within our organization. This involves being able to successfully maintain aggressive schedules and represent the company favorably. This position offers high levels of independence to the right candidate who demonstrates the desire and ability to self-manage. Position Responsibilities:
Main functions of the job are to use skills to assemble, install, program, test, troubleshoot and repair robotic system and automation.
Perform process troubleshooting and perform machine adjustments to assist the production department with processing of quality parts.
Work well with a team and be prepared to work cross functionally with multiple skilled trade personnel, production personnel, engineers and management.
Deploy automation technology to improve and streamline our manufacturing process, responsible for implementation and project execution.
Streamline the manufacturing process and make it as efficient as possible while still maintaining product quality and adhering to internal protocols and external regulations.
Deploy custom robotics, automation machines and computer vision solutions.
Continually learning and researching new technologies and incorporating them into automated design and robotics, in both a controls and programming capacity.
Providing support for equipment in the field.
Identify, understand, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Performing preventive or corrective maintenance on automation systems and components.
Performs special projects as assigned.

The Process Technician ensures that the process operations assigned to him/her by direction or plant requirements operate continuously and efficiently, according to product and process specifications, with minimum production downtime. Assists the Chief Technician in his responsibility of operation and control of the plant.
Operate the plant if the Chief Technician is outside of the control room by utilization of the Distributive Control System (DCS).

Work on a rotating shift schedule to man the seven-day continuous shift operations.
Immediately correct all unsafe conditions if possible and immediately notify Production Supervision.
Assists the operator in normal operating duties as deemed necessary by the Chief Technician.
Ensure that the plant environmental standards are continuously maintained and in permit compliance by monitoring the operations of control equipment and verifying that emissions are within standards.
Maintain cleanliness of plant.
Will have proficient knowledge of all equipment in the plant in order to assist the Chief Technician in decision making.
Will be able to operate mobile equipment.
Will be able to perform the job duties of a Production Operator.
Check critical equipment to be sure the equipment is functioning properly and notify the Chief Technician of any problems.
Make corrections and adjustments in the plant as necessary to maintain process parameters and product specifications based on results from chemical testing.
Performs monthly, weekly, and daily routines.
Will learn the skills needed to become Chief Technician.
Will be responsible for supporting a positive and professional working environment within his/her own shift and contributing to that of others.
Will carry out directives and instructions in a safe, timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
Will be responsible for maintaining proper flow of information to coworkers and supervisors, verbal and/or written reports during shift change, and entries in the daily log book or other reports as necessary.

About the Role:
Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist to join our Quality Unit located in New Albany, Ohio. The position of Quality Specialist will focus on driving continuous improvement efforts that benefit and delight the Hims customer. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to help support and report to the Quality Control Manager. The Quality Specialist role is responsible for the inspecting and/or testing of product(s) before, during and after manufacturing process(es) to ensure products align with company and regulatory standards, as well as other processes necessary to quality operations. The position performs and leads activities “on the floor” in support of dispositioning product and/or raw materials while ensuring compliance with Quality Assurance (QA) policies and procedures, USP, SOPs, and where applicable cGMP. Assist with relevant environmental monitoring programs.

You Will:
Perform in process and post production quality checks, including testing, assessing products in the compounding suites (“shop floor”) to ensure product acceptability.
Perform line clearance, where applicable.
Perform AQLs during the visual inspection process
Provide reports and trending data to QA management
Support departments in reporting, handling and escalation of investigations
Support external manufacturer non-conformance investigations to improve Quality processes.
Manage product retain samples.
Support change control system to provide improvement solutions
Support quality processes in the pharmacy - including inspections, pH meters and scale checks, non-conformance/deviation/complaint investigations, implement corrective action activities, training activities, etc.
Document & review of records: SOP generation, batch record review, COA acceptance, USP monographs, etc.
Recommend training needs, provide reports to QC Manager and Lead Pharmacist to ensure compliance with quality standards
Assist with incoming raw material inspections, as needed per the guidelines for collection, testing, and reporting quality data.
Assist with drafting SOPs and protocols to follow internal global policies, USP and other applicable regulatory guidelines
Ensures compliance with USP , USP , USP and cGMP cleaning standards
Assist in audit activities with all appropriate third party audits & internal audits as required to ensure compliance.
Assist with the management of samples to be tested with contract laboratories.
You Have:
B.S. in chemistry, microbiology, biology, quality management, engineering, or related discipline
2+ years experience in the area of quality assurance/control, process/quality engineering, and/or product formulation
A Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to obtain one within the first six months of employment (we cover costs and will help you obtain your trainee hours).
Experience within a 503b outsourcing facility or experience in cGMP or regulated environment with knowledge of FDA 21CFR 210 and 211, a plus
Aseptic processing experience and knowledge of ISO 14644
Working knowledge of USP-NF standards , , including monographs
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and technical writing
Solid understanding of product testing including understanding best practices for testing product against defined specifications

1. Adheres to safe work practices, follows GMP's, maintains sanitary conditions and ensures that product quality is maintained. Reports any conditions or practices that may adversely affect employee safety or food safety/quality to management immediately.

7. Participate in plant food safety/quality inspections, in-process inspections, mock recall, label audits, HACCP audits.
8. Perform analytical testing including: Solids Content, pH, Vitamin C, Viscosity, Organoleptic, Hydrogen Peroxide Residual, and Packaging Integrity.
9. Verify proper set-up of production lines at start-up and shift change: Printer set-up (coding), packaging materials, labeling, quality limits, etc. Ensuring code date information is accurate and distributed to the production team.
10. Review sanitary condition of production lines prior to start-up by visual and mechanical inspection, performing ATP (adenosine triphosphate / verify surface cleanliness) and APC (Aerobic Plate Count / Verify absence of microbiological organisms).
11. Perform pH analysis of samples as part of root cause investigations.
12. Use inventory control software to ensure non-conforming product does not enter commerce.
13. Assist in investigations in response to customer concerns or other quality related deviations to determine root cause and appropriate corrective actions.
14. Assist in the management of quality hold activities, including non-conforming product inventories.
15. Ensure lab equipment, fridges and thermometer etc. are properly maintained and calibrated.
16. Lead and organize incubation sample collection and processing for investigations.
17. Maintain and follow MFI micro sample and shelf-life study programs.
18. Provide packaging integrity training to operations team. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.

This role maintains and provides tools and equipment, performs diagnostic services and minor repairs, and performs other functions to support the aviation laboratory.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Laboratory Technical Support
* Distributes tools and equipment to students for classroom and laboratory use, documents disbursements, and collects and stores tools following use. Cleans tools, equipment, and floor. Cleans and maintains the lab area. Opens and closes the Lab at shift end and ensures equipment is stored in the proper location to secure the Aviation Lab.
* Ensures tools, equipment, and training aids are functional, operational, and performs needed diagnostic service and minor repairs. Replaces tools and equipment when necessary. Prepares new training aids and donated vehicles for laboratory use.
* Performs vehicle preventive maintenance. Charges batteries, maintains fuel levels, monitors tire pressure, and performs other maintenance of a routine nature. Schedules aircraft work for laboratory projects. Orders aircraft service and repair, labor time and estimation manuals, and updates automotive computer programs.
Inventory & Clerical Support
* Maintains and updates inventory of tools, special service kits, equipment, stock items, and vehicles. Monitors disbursements, orders needed items, and obtains bid offers on new equipment.
* Utilizes college-approved contractors to ensure proper handling and disposal of waste oil and other hazardous materials. Keeps accurate records. Completes and maintains required documentation, including inventory reports, work orders, and requisitions.
Program Support
* Assists instructors. Obtains and returns training materials, sets up vehicles and other training aids, and arranges chairs, tables, and equipment. Answers routine questions, gives aviation lab tours, provides general information, and performs other duties to maintain good public and student relations.

Minimum Qualifications
* Must have a high school Diploma or GED with technical or vocational Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) training.
* Two (2) years of maintenance experience on an aircraft
* Aviation Maintenance Technician Certificate with Airframe & Powerplant Ratings
* State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s)
Preferred Qualifications
* Forklift Operator Certification preferred
* An appropriate combination of education, training, coursework, and experience may qualify a candidate.

+ Assist store leadership in the preparation and execution of the semi-annual inventory process and developing action plans to reduce shortage

+ Is highly disciplined in managing stressful situations and address unsafe practices at every opportunity

**$25,000 Sign-on Bonus** What You'll Do:
1st shift, full time (80hrs), on-call rotation
Assist with Procedures: Support Cardiologists, Radiologists, and other physicians with diagnostic and interventional vascular and cardiology procedures, including device implants.
Sterile Field Maintenance: Prepare and maintain sterile fields and solutions, ensuring all equipment and supplies meet sterile requirements.
Contrast Media Administration: Administer contrast media as delegated by the physician, demonstrating proficiency in fluoroscopy, venipuncture, and contrast administration techniques.
Radiation Safety: Monitor and enforce radiation safety practices in all areas of the lab.
Imaging: Position patients and obtain images using a C-arm during surgical procedures, adhering to sterile field protocols.
