Problem solving by being able to zero in on specific client issues from analysis of corporate reports and other quantitative data, when requested, and maintain conversational knowledge of all client issues.
Establish and maintain productive relationships with employees, peers, and senior management, crossing departments, divisions and corporate lines to establish trust and confidence in the BQCC program to resolve issues.
Participate in meetings with internal departments as needed (billing, sales, client services, branch, LCM, PSCs) to update and provide information regarding billing issues and activities. Act as liaison between billing and other departments.
Strong communication, both oral and written is essential to communicate with others located throughout a wide geographic area where the primary mode of communication is conference calls and email.
Establish effective follow up processes.
Establish systems and process to manage, analyze and act on large volume of quantitative data.
Ability to prioritize projects to optimize work time.

Daily OCC/dryer checks.
Perform mold changes and start ups.
Work with production on daily schedules.
Address process issues of medium to high difficulty.
Works under minimum supervision.
May mentor lower level technicians.
TECH 4 - $32.52:
Fulfills all duties of technician 3 position.
Responsible for covering production demands in their respective molding area.
Initiates projects to improve reject rates.
Initiates projects to improve 2S3D.
Identifies potential problems and creates countermeasures.
Can set up new processes in multiple styles of molding machines.
Can edit/teach robot programs.
Will be responsible for training and mentoring new technicians.
TECH 5 - $35.27:
Is the lead technician in their molding area and on the weekends.
Is liaison with production and assists with scheduling concerns.
Required to lead certain activities of the process group.
Performs at an engineer level.

The Lab Technician supports Nature's One by sampling and testing to ensure delivery of safe, pure and quality products ensuring quality infant formula products are manufactured in a new state-of-the-art facility. The technician will provide daily oversight of the wet and dry analytical labs that will including testing product at various stages in the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will understand, practice and maintain the highest Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) in all aspects of the job.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure incoming raw materials are aseptically sampled, labeled, appropriately stored and retained
Prepare raw material samples for outside testing, as required
Conduct total solids and pH testing on liquid mix during manufacture
Conduct physical stability testing on powder (e.g., moisture, reconstituted pH, scorched particles, dispersibility, color, flavor and aroma)
Ensure powder samples are taken from each manufacturing lot, appropriately stored and retained
Track chemical reagents used in the lab to ensure that no expired reagents are used
Conduct monthly testing on water samples and/or prepare water samples for shipment to a third party laboratory
Ensure the lab is maintained in a clean, well-organized condition that support good laboratory practices
Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and place orders to replenish stock, as needed
Adhere to GMPs and GLPs and personal hygiene requirements without exception
