Responsibilities:
Perform audits per applicable sampling plans, shipping, converting audits.
Active involvement in data integrity, testing methodology standardize practice system and non-conformance material containment process.
Assist in process capability testing and routine inspection and testing of product.
Effective system-based communication with other Quality Department team members, and Operations.
Daily maintenance and calibration of testing equipment.
Perform aged testing for all departments and project testing for technical.
Help to maintain all quality record documentation including: Internal audit records, management review meeting minutes and charts, calibration records, training records, internal non-conformance's, customer complaints, vendor non-conformance's, corrective action reports and meeting action items.
Perform product inspection audits at set intervals at each machine to ensure product being produced meets or exceeds the specified standards.
Create and manage color standards.
Aid in the management of Process Control Plans and Product Spec Sheets. (Quality Windows Software)
Understand and competently use the measurement tools required: UPC, Verifier, Scales, Ruler, Calipers, Static Meter, Sutherland Rub Tester, etc.
Manage non-conformance Product Procedure and Quality Hold Area.
Provide training on new quality processes and best practices
Aid in the documentation of R&D projects.
Perform QA laboratory testing as required for specified product lines.
Follow all plant and department specific safety rules, including use of all required personal protective equipment.
Understands ISO or BRC and HAACP or similar principles and assist in facilitating compliance throughout the organization through a variety of activities
Complies with established safety policies and procedures.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

The Data Center Construction QAQC Co-Op Engineer (CxE-C) provides construction management, quality assurance and quality control support during the delivery of mission-critical data center facilities. Key Responsibilities:
Technical:
Plan, perform and report inspection & routine testing of incoming materials, utilities, products (intermediate and finished), and validation samples.
Coordinate, plan, and collect environmental monitoring (EM) samples of production areas and utilities.

Coordinate with external test laboratories and sterilization facility for sample submission, testing, processing, and reporting of results.

What You Will Do:
As a Camera Quality Inspection Technician, you'll help evaluate incoming photographic gear - from digital cameras to vintage film models - ensuring everything meets our high quality standards before it reaches our customers. You'll receive thorough on-the-job training and be supported every step of the way as you develop valuable technical skills. Your key responsibilities will include:
Inspect and test various photographic equipment, including digital, 35mm, medium format, and large format cameras, as well as lenses and accessories.
Identify functional or cosmetic issues such as haze, dust, fungus, scratches, or mechanical faults.
Grade equipment based on KEH's standardized quality scale.
Record and document all findings accurately in our internal systems.
Collaborate with Receiving and Sorting teams to maintain workflow and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and handle all tools and equipment with care.

Job purpose
Responsible for assisting with the implementation, management, and administration of the quality management system and ensuring products are manufactured per quality and regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Main Accountabilities and tasks
May participate in “on the floor” audits of production personnel to ensure adherence to procedures and training effectiveness
Conducts sampling, product testing, and visual inspection of components and/or finished goods; identifies nonconformances, if any, and ensures proper containment as required
Completes accurate, timely, and legible documentation of all inspection/testing data
Participates in weekly production walk-throughs to ensure quality compliance
Engage in Safety, Quality, Production, and Plant related programs as required (Safety Observations, Meetings, Gembas, etc.)
Participates in continuous improvement objectives to assure compliance with regulations
Performs other duties as assigned by management
Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and industrial processes for medmix USA
Maintains quality records procedure and coordinates non-conformance reporting
Compiles, analyze, and interprets statistical data related to quality operations
May be required to cover position on their assigned shift due to absences for vacations, leave, etc.
Perform all other miscellaneous duties as appropriately directed by Quality Management or designate
Qualifications

Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a regulated workplace preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent with education and experience.
Other:
Experience with injection molding processes, parameters, and troubleshooting is preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a quality role preferred.
Proficiency in personal computers, especially word processing software, spreadsheets, presentation, and database software.
Ability to learn quickly and maintain the Quality Assurance metrics
Knowledge of ISO standards or the ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge as required for system compliance

Monitors production processes of the facility to ensure all products meet company quality and food safety requirements during plant operations to ensure compliance with all company, regulatory and USDA standards.
Role qualifications:
