Production Technician Principle Responsibilities:
Builds products to specification
Follow the direction of Cell/Line Leader and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for each task
Follow the direction of Supervisor/Scheduler, Cell/Line Leaders for what is worked on and when
Use the appropriate tool or tools for each job
Consult the appropriate BOM and on-line print before proceeding with each task
Solder, strip and crimp wires, pot (apply waterproofing materials), calibrate, and assemble as directed
Use time wisely and move from task to task efficiently
Consult sufficient on-line and paper documentation to do accurate in-process inspections for self and others
Transitions from jobs within lines/cells and is able to perform duties in 2-3 lines/cells
Cooperates in the overall task of getting products shipped on time
Follows Instructions for participation in monthly inventory
Depending on the area assigned, it is expected that during inventory the employee will accurately count parts, correctly document quantity counted, and may also audit counts of others or help scanning product.
Maintains industry knowledge by attending educational workshops or classes; reviewing related publications; establishing networks.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including special projects and tasks as delegated supervisor.

Summary of Role
The Quality Assurance (Field) Technician is responsible for facility related quality assurance tasks at the Organic Valley/CROPP Cooperative. These tasks require interaction with a wide variety of members from Organic Valley Production, QA, Warehouse, Transportation, and Accounting Departments located at Cashton campus, McMinnville, and La Farge locations. This is a safety sensitive role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
o Sampling and/or testing of ingredient, in-in process, or finished dairy products
o Maintenance and calibration of plant and laboratory equipment
o Monitoring and reporting of out of specification products
o Obtain and Maintain nessesary certifications for compliance with Food Safety, Regulatory and/or Testing programs
o Compliance and enforcement of the principles of GMP, HACCP and GFSI (BRC) standards.
o Follow and comply with applicable good manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance policies and practices.
o Perform facility audits.
o Provide R&D with support regarding testing of products.
o Monitoring, purchasing, and maintenance of QA Supply inventories and associated GL accounts.
o Train other QA (Field) Technicians on products, programs or procedures as assigned.
o Identify areas of needed improvement and work towards alignment across department.
o Support Product Specification generation and updates as needed
o Handles confidential information with discretion.
o Cross-train across locations to support department initiatives and CROPP Business resiliency

Base salary/hourly wage range: $25.82/hour - $31.30/hour
The typical hourly wage for a new hire is $25.82. This position also receives a $1.00 per hour shift premium between the hours of 6pm and 6am, and a $1.00 per hour shift premium on Saturdays and Sundays. This hourly wage range is exclusive of fringe benefits. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses. If you are hired at CROPP, your final base hourly wage compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that entry-level candidates to this role should expect to be at the lower end of the hourly wage range and hiring at the maximum of the hourly wage range is not typical.

The Quality Control Services Technician assists in collection, approval, maintenance, and documentation of quality and technical information. Quality Lab Technician Location: Whitehall, WI Department: Quality Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm Position Overview The Quality Lab Technician plays a key role in ensuring Ashley Furniture products meet stringent quality standards and customer expectations. This position is responsible for collecting test samples, performing laboratory testing in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documenting results, and communicating findings to the appropriate personnel. When results indicate issues requiring immediate attention, the Quality Lab Technician must promptly escalate concerns to management. Additionally, this role assists in the cross‑training and development of other lab technicians to maintain a skilled and flexible team. Primary Job Functions Testing & Documentation * Obtain accurate test samples and conduct testing procedures in accordance with all SOPs and quality standards. * Document all test results clearly and distribute findings to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner. * Immediately alert management when test results indicate the need for corrective action. Training & Team Support * Assist in administering cross‑training for lab technicians to ensure adequate coverage and team capability. * Participate in weekly team meetings to communicate departmental updates, goals, and issues. * Support team development through weekly coaching, training, and company-provided learning activities. Job DescriptionSalary:
This position will work in the Wet Chemistry department and will be responsible for assisting in running samples in our Chemistry Lab Areas. Areas of work included, but not limited to are: Fiber analyses, subsampling and allocation of bulk samples per client analyses request, operation of ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasmid) instrument, microwave acid digestion, dilution, and filtration of feed and forage sample for mineral analyses, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) of sample results.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Subsampling and allocation of bulk samples per client analysis request
Perform fiber analyses: Acid and Neutral Detergent extractions, Lignin, Crude fiber, Invitro
Assists in maintaining a safe work environment
Assist in gravimetric analysis
Process data entry into computer program
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
Keep current on lab methods and procedures
Wash glassware and labware by hand
Handle wet glass and use a tube brush
