What will you do as a Production Quality Control Technician?
As part of the Operations Team, the Quality Control Technician is responsible for quality control functions including inventory control and auditing to assure company standards are maintained and product integrity is preserved. The QC Technician conducts product age studies as required by company's standard operating procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Test syrup and water to ensure they meet KORE requirements.
Understand mixing instructions and requirements.
Inventory raw materials to prep for production. Utilize proper equipment and machinery including forklifts as required.
Evaluate sanitation effectiveness and respond to emerging deficiencies.
Set up equipment in preparation for use by manually lifting and moving equipment and/or chemicals and/or concentrates.
Assess and rectify problems on all equipment.
Read, understand and follow standard operating procedures.
Conduct product testing as required by KORE.
Oversight of calibration program.
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and processes.
Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.

Summary:
The Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Tech is responsible for assisting in electrophysiology studies, cardiac ablations, pacemaker and defibrillator implantations, and other specialized procedures within the EP lab. This role involves preparing patients for procedures, operating and troubleshooting EP lab equipment, monitoring patient responses, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The EP Lab Tech plays a crucial role in supporting cardiac mapping, ablations, pacemaker and defibrillator implantations, and other specialized cardiac interventions.
Essential Work Functions:
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments for EP lab patients and document findings accurately
Educate patients and families on electrophysiology procedures, pre-procedure expectations, and post-procedure care to ensure understanding and informed consent
Assist physicians with electrophysiology studies, ablations, and device implantations
Administer medications, including conscious sedation, per physician orders
Monitor cardiac rhythms, hemodynamics, and patient responses throughout procedures
Identify and respond to changes in patient condition, escalating care as needed
Maintain sterile technique and assist with equipment preparation, setup, and troubleshooting to support seamless procedural workflow
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
