Under the general direction of the Production Supervisor, the Production Team Member assembles finished product using sub-assemblies, parts and fasteners according to customer specification sheet and Adient's ODSs.

Check standard operating procedure to determine required assembly, quality checks and any special options.
Checks stock bins for adequate supplies of sub-assemblies, parts and fasteners for the particular run.
Check for designed carton pack. Notifies material handler if shortage exists or incorrect parts are in bins.

The major function of this position is:
To inspect all final Rx product to ensure ANSI standards are met throughout the optical dispensing process.
Hourly Rate of Pay: $18.00
Shift Differential: $2.00/hr.
Shift Range: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday - Thursday) and 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Friday)
The primary responsibilities and essential duties of this position are:
Inspect all product to verify quality assurance with QA equipment. Follow all written procedures to insure proper operation of equipment and inspection of product.
Timely manage the flow of lenses and trays through the QA process-225 orders per shift with less than .15 return ratio.
Multi-task to maintain an efficient flow of production and breakage. Work between all Rx departments to accomplish our mutual goal of high production, low spoilage, customer satisfaction, and high quality. Troubleshoot production delays.
Assist Customer Service in entering, tracking and expediting Rx orders through the lab.
Monitor and assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment. Consult with direct supervisor on equipment breakdowns, part orders, and expansion needs.
Maintain the cleanliness of the quality assurance area and equipment.
Follow all lab safety procedures.
Perform all other duties as requested or required by your direct supervisor.

The pay range for this position in Menands, NY is $21.27/hr. to $34.04/hr.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This position is responsible for field repairs of control devices in production areas of the plant. This role direct reports to and will take daily direction from Area Power & Controls Resource or Plant Coordinator.

Tasks performed by the Doping Control Officer (DCO) include preparation for, execution of and post-collection administration as it relates to Doping Control both at events and in the out-of-competition setting. DCOs are the field facing representatives of USADA. The primary objective of the DCO is to conduct Doping Control throughout the United States, under direction of the Doping Control Operations team, for Olympic, Paralympic, and Client Services testing teams, in support of USADA's mission and vision. The DCO works with the HQ team to uphold USADA's goals of creating and maintaining a fair and healthy environment for all athletes. The role will include both local and national travel to conduct Doping Control assignments. The following job expectations, responsibilities, and qualifications apply to both the DCO I and DCO II positions, however, in order to qualify for a DCO II level, one must have a valid phlebotomy credential in good standing, as further outlined below. A DCO II is able to serve as a doping control officer that can draw blood.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct sample collection sessions in support of the testing programs for the Olympic/Paralympic, and Client Services testing teams, as well as on behalf of other agencies, when requested by USADA.
Accept, plan and manage doping control assignments, in accordance with the minimum requirements of the WADA/International Standards, and any minimum criteria established by USADA.
Execute logistics aspects as they relate to the doping control process to facilitate successful completion of missions.
Conduct doping control, including processing of Samples, in accordance with USADA's protocols and procedures, and in accordance with the WADA Code/International Standards.

COMPENSATION & TIME COMMITMENT:
Compensation is on a per-test basis(piece rate) for out-of-competition (OOC) missions, with compensation typically ranging from $130 to $180 per test dependent on the test parameters. OOC test sessions can vary in length, but generally take 1 to 2 hours for successful completion.
In Competition (event) testing is paid at a daily flat rate, typically at $250 per day.
Onboarding is anticipated to begin in December/January with a more significant time commitment up front for training. Expect a time commitment of 24-30 hours of time during the first 60 days of onboarding. After that it should only be 2-3 hours of training and updates per quarter, plus the necessary time to complete test assignments.
