This individual will serve as a focal point in managing new display technology development and drive the implementation of critical technology platforms to improve display performance, from design conception to hardware and experience prototyping, and to final products. Responsibilities
Define display architecture, requirements along with actionable test/qualification plans
Develop simulation models and hardware test vehicles
Drive module qualification including issue failure analysis and corrective action
Collaborate with system team to drive module specification and convergence
Host regular supplier meetings to drive engineering activities to meet project milestones and convergence on any open issues
Investigate new display technologies, perform detail tradeoff studies, and generate new approaches to further enhance display performance
Minimum Qualifications
Masters and a minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience
Proficiency in optical design and simulation software for illumination (e.g., LightTools, Zemax OpticStudio Non‑Sequential, Speos)
Proficiency with a data analysis and scripting language (e.g., MATLAB, Python, JMP) for modeling, simulation, and test automation
Hands‑on experience with lab equipment for optical characterization (e.g., spectrometers, imaging colorimeters, goniophotometers)
Preferred Qualifications
Ph.D. in a related field
Expertise in light source technology (eg mini‑LEDs, micro‑LEDs)
Experience developing and implementing comprehensive test plans for optical system
Familiarity with color science, color calibration, and display/lighting metrology standards
Experience taking a hardware product from concept through to mass production
Experience in building compelling hardware or experience prototypes
Strong presentation and communication skills
An eagerness to take on new challenges, learn new skills, and continually develop by staying open-minded & curious. Strong sense of personal ownership, with the ability to comprehensively handle tasks from start to finish independently
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $181,100 and $318,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Under the direction of the Director of Plating Process Engineering, the Plating Process Technician provides support to the engineering teams in the plating area, including assisting with wet etch process, preparing and maintaining recipes, reviewing and documenting process or procedures, and expediting and dispositioning prototype wafers; maintains process controls using Statistical Process Control (SPC), collects and analyzes data, and recommends corrective action. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provides support to the engineering teams in the plating, wet etch, and stripping process areas
Supports the plating, wet etch, and stripping processes by preparing, maintaining, and setting up recipes to ensure an efficient and consistent process
Reviews and documents processes and procedures; partners with engineering to implement changes effectively
Expedites and dispositions prototype wafers in the plating, wet etch and stripping areas
Assists engineers to run plating process development experiments, collects and analyzes data, and recommends corrective action if required
Reviews and maintains process controls using SPC and prepares charts and graphs
Assists with routine trouble-shooting and resolves basic process-related issues
Participates in and recommends modifications to procedures or processes in support of continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborates with Engineering to qualify or approve new processes or procedures
Creates reports, charts, or graphs on an ad-hoc or routine basis

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree in Electronics or Industrial Technology and/or equivalent relevant experience

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications

WORKING CONDITIONS:
The Plating Process Technician works primarily in an indoor environment on A shift which is Monday thru Wednesday and every other Thursday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Works in a class 100 ESD sensitive wafer manufacturing facility; wears a cleanroom (bunny) suit, including hood, gloves, safety glasses, booties, and mask. May be exposed to hazardous conditions, chemicals, fumes, and/or gases during the course of work day; Stands and walks; performs various fine grasping movements, bends, and twists; operates a computer and enters information using a keyboard, operates a telephone, and other office equipment. Must be able to load and unload various wet etch chemical solutions several times per shift. May be required to push, pull, or lift up to 25 pounds.

Purpose Statement

COMPENSATION

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $21.42-$27.00.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Technician will audit, test and measure finished goods to ensure customer standards are met as well as follow our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.
* Apply statistical tools and techniques to monitor plant performance and finished goods.
* Complete laboratory testing and collect samples at established intervals.
* Continually seek process improvements and make recommendations to management.
* Audit compliance with GMP policies.
* Performs process inspections during molding, packaging and loading.
* Audit for compliance to control plan requirements including process parameters.
* Perform incoming inspection of raw materials.
* Complete dimensional checks and report on product.
* Perform in-process inspections of manufactured product during molding, packaging and loading.
* Perform cycle counts and/or inventory of finished goods as required.
* Communicate quality issues and out of specifications conditions to appropriate personnel and with shift leaders.
* Other duties as assigned by management.
* Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
* The technician position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
* One year of related experience.

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, Standard working hours Duration: 12 Months Pay range: $25.00 Hourly - $25.00 Hourly Onsite Job The Formulations Lab Wash Technician supports the manufacturing process by cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing lab equipment and materials used in buffer and reagent production. This role ensures all cleaning procedures meet cGMP and safety standards, playing a critical role in maintaining a clean and compliant lab environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Clean and sanitize stainless steel tanks, glassware, utensils, and other lab equipment according to SOPs and cGMP requirements
•Operate and maintain washers, autoclaves, and other sterilization equipment
•Prepare tanks and materials for sterilization, including wrapping and loading/unloading from the autoclave
•Assist in routine preventive maintenance and minor troubleshooting of washroom equipment
•Transport clean equipment and materials to appropriate staging areas for use in production
•Maintain accurate cleaning logs and documentation
•Follow safety procedures when working with cleaning agents and potentially biohazardous materials
•Notify supervisor of any damaged equipment, procedural deviations, or safety concerns
•Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and request resupply as needed
•Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent required
•Previous experience in a laboratory, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment preferred
