Key Responsibilities: •Perform testing and qualification of resin products on specialized instruments to meet customer demand. •Record and report test results accurately and maintain proper documentation. •Complete complex production work-orders according to established procedures. •Analyze data, derive conclusions, and prepare reports based on findings. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams. •Adhere to ISO 9001 guidelines and corporate quality policy to ensure high-quality standards. •Follow EH&S safety requirements and actively participate in safety improvement activities. •Continuously identify areas for improvement and propose countermeasures. •Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
