The Specialist I will participate in client facing phone calls to describe the results of the work performed and defend audit results.
Essential Job Functions:
+ Review loan packages, servicing guidelines, or data files to identify the documentation necessary for the review
+ Perform QC Reviews for peers

+ Act a subject matter expert in their area of review for internal, client-facing, and servicing-facing needs

$52,000.00 - $58,200.00

This role will assist in being the Subject Matter Expert and assist in reviewing loan scenarios and loan level questions needed by the Analyst and Senior Analyst before presenting such information to the manager. Included in this responsibility will be interfacing directly with Analysts and Senior Analysts on an as needed basis to assist in answering questions before escalating to the manager. This role should work with the manager to understand the timing of the engagement, ensure that required servicing data is available or, if such data is not available, that the manager is aware of the status to ensure that all necessary information has been acquired so the review to begin. If problems are identified, this role should notify the manager to remedy any issues. This role will assist in reviewing and implementing all investor and regulatory guidelines communicated and determine which communications impact the department and make any necessary revisions to scripts as needed.
