    Reports to: Manager, Facility Operations or Supervisor, Production The Production Technician is responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-crop harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the management team and SOPs. These responsibilities include post-harvest tasks including the drying and curing stage all the way through trimming, packaging, and labeling the product. This position works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity and acts with professional regard to the management and use of all production facilities and processing equipment. Pay: $16.50 Schedule: Full time M-F 7am - 3:30pm Major Areas of Responsibility include: •Assists in the post-harvest plant processing of cannabis. •Fan leaf removal, harvest, drying, trimming, curing, weighing, packaging, labeling, recording, and inspection of product in addition to cleaning and sanitation. •Maintains a clean and organized work environment. •Transport harvested plants to drying room and hang to be dried. •Hand trims and/or operates a trimming machine to remove excess plant material. •Weighs, records, and shreds plants waste and adds a non-cannabis medium for compliant disposal. •Receives instructions and assists on tasks as delegated by management team. •Works in a quick and efficient manner. •Complies with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure. Quality Control Inspector Pay Range: * $35-$47/hour * Paid WEEKLY Quality Control Inspector Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Inspect structural steel for plumb, level, and elevation per AISC Codes and Standards. * Inspect welding and handling of welding materials for compliance with drawings and governing standards. * Inspect bolted and/or riveted structural connections by fastening materials, faying surfaces, tension, etc. * Assist in the inspection of materials received on the job site. * Assist in the inspection of all phases of steel erection, equipment installation, etc. * Perform on site internal audit to confirm, or establish compliance with AISC, AWS, and company QA/QC Manual. * Ensures compliance of AISC and AWS Standards with company sub contractors. * Work within guidelines provided in company QA/QC Manual and apply codes and standards offered by related governing bodies such as AISC and AWS. * The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required. * Perform non-essential functions as needed. Quality Control Inspector Qualifications: * High School education or the equivalent is required. * Minimum of two years' experience in construction industry and/or welding. * Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) may be required. Must be proficient in reading and interpreting structural steel drawings. * Must have excellent communication skills Quality Control Inspector Physical Demands: * Must be able to climb to heights in excess of 300 feet. * Overtime and overnight travel is required. * Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally. * Must be able to tolerate loud noises and temperature fluctuations. A Quality Assurance (QA) Technician inspects and detects non-conformance, notifies managers and supervisors of the results, and prevent defects from reaching consumers.
