Position Summary
We're seeking a QA/QC Technician to support project quality and performance through on-site inspections, documentation, and team coordination. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the company's high standards of consistency, accuracy, and safety.

What You'll Do
Conduct field inspections of underground systems, temporary power, switchgear, and equipment installations
Review project scopes and QA/QC expectations during kickoff meetings
Collaborate with field teams, general contractors, and project managers to ensure compliance with company and client standards
Use the QuickBase QA/QC App to record inspections, document issues, and manage nonconformance reports
Verify torque and megger testing results and closeout documentation accuracy
Promote best practices and consistency across projects
Support administrative and documentation tasks as needed
Travel to job sites, including occasional out-of-town projects

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GEOTECHNICAL / CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TESTING TECHNICIAN
Working under the immediate supervision of a registered professional engineer, you work as a team member alongside site managers, general contractors, and engineers to perform the required inspection or sampling services at various environmentally regulated solid waste landfill construction projects. You monitor general contractor activities, onsite testing, and reporting of earthwork and soil construction as well as geosynthetic baseliner, closure cap, piping, and gas extraction systems. In addition, you actively collect concrete, soil, and other site materials for testing in order to ensure construction standards and specifications are being met.

We also have roles for a QC Analyst require writing control documents like Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs), deliver training, perform system health assessments, on the floor coaching, products disposition, facilitate or participate on quality system failures investigations. Maintain cGMP principles and Good Documentation practices.

We do various types of work including performing raw material, finished goods, intermediate, and development sample analysis according to standard analytical procedures. We perform routine instrument maintenance and calibration as needed during analytical work. We conduct limited instrument troubleshooting and problem diagnosis. We use discernment based on knowledge and experience as to the accuracy and reliability of analytical results. You will observe and identify problems with results and report to your supervisor. You will conduct analytical method development work with direct supervision and mentorship from the Lab Coordinator or other staff members. You may sample and label materials as needed according to written procedures or specific instructions, inspect empty bulk trucks prior to loading and appearance of raw materials during unloading as needed. Another responsibility will include coordinating the work with the Production Lead on night and weekend shifts to ensure appropriate prioritization of work.
Job Qualifications
Education:
+ Have a 2-year degree or more in a Science Field.
+ Commensurate experience of 5 years in a QC lab or GMP manufacturing operations will be considered.

The Quality Control Evaluation Technician I uses technical and mechanical skills for the incoming and outgoing evaluation of surgical medical instruments within a designated Modality.

What You Will Do in This Role
* Perform basic incoming and outgoing Quality Control Testing of assigned equipment for identified Modality.
* Receive, inspect, evaluate and test incoming equipment.
* Identify defective, worn parts and/or equipment craftsmanship that does not meet standards.
* Ensure proper operation and standards of outgoing equipment.
* Document all services & testing performed, including all parts needed.
* Maintain work area in good condition and to meet Visual Work Place (VWP) Standards.
* Prepare instruments and equipment for shipping.
* Handle timecard & time off entry, review and submission.
* Other tasks as assigned or needed.
What You Will Need for This Role
* High school diploma/GED.
* 1-2 years of experience with repairs preferred but not required.

Our Opportunity: Blending Compliance Technician
Status: Full Time Day Shift
Hours: 12-hour shifts
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating shifts (work 15 days a month!)
The Blending Compliance Technician will be responsible for providing process support to Blending & related departments. Daily duties will be structured to support and ensure the quality of departmental training, document review & retention, compliance with guidelines, and failure reporting. This candidate will operate under the direction of the Blending Compliance Specialist.
Customer Reporting and Information Support:
Reviews and ensures integrity of blending production documentation prior to submission to administrative management & filing. This includes but is not limited to batch sheets and associated documents, sanitation reports, shift change forms, inventory reports, and production advice reports.
Reviews ingredient delivery documentation for compliance and takes appropriate action for exceptions and rejections.
Production Support:
Maintains program to sample, test, and record ingredient and rinse water samples.
Provides, records, and reports technical support and troubleshooting for existing processes and process implementation.
Performs calibrations and validations of eligible equipment.
Files service documents for equipment/instrumentation both internally and by outside vendors (scales, flow meters, probes, etc.)
Utilizes Excel to facilitate data analysis and retention.
Maintains inventory of equipment & consumables for department and reports needs.
Performs necessary transactions using Data Collection & SAP.
Training:
Utilizes Alchemy software to create and administer uniform and quality job training for the Blending department.
Supports process changes and documentation control.
Learns and maintains a working knowledge of equipment/procedures and accompanying training media for manufacturing employees.
Safety & Compliance:
Conducts safety and process compliance screenings.
Performs area inspections and reports non-conformances.
Continuous Improvement Support:
Facilitates the implementation of new processes.
Supports process changes, and Kaizen improvement activities.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Windows, and Teams.
SAP experience preferred, but not required.
