We are looking for skilled Process Technicians with at least 1 year of experience in a production environment at our facility in Medina, OH. Our Technicians are responsible for operating and maintaining plastic injection blow molders and extrusion machines, ensuring our products meet all qualitystandards and customer expectations.
Shifts:
1st: 7am-3pm ($20.00/hr)
2nd: 3pm-11pm ($22.50/hr)

What Process Technicians do:
Operating extrusion and blow-molding manufacturing production machines and equipment.
Monitoring and adjusting production machine settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure) to keep production running smoothly.
Troubleshooting machines and doing basic maintenance.
Checking product quality to assure it meets customer specifications (e.g., bottle weights, dimensions).

What's needed to be a Process Technician?
Mechanical inclination - you like to fix things, use tools, work with your hands.
At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a high-volume production environment.
Knowledge of extrusion or blow molding machines and equipment is a plus!
Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electromechanical systems is a plus!
Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Job Summary
The technicians are for executing extraction, infusion, processing, and packaging plans in keeping with the Company's operating procedures for cannabis production. + Experience with cleanroom manufacturing in a medical device setting.
+ Working knowledge of SPC and data analysis tools such as Minitab.
+ Familiarity with Failure Investigation techniques.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66500.00/yr.
