Where we need you
3rd Shift (11p-7a) $27-$33 w/ $1.00 Shift Differential
Scrap Rates for assigned presses
Monitor actual cycle times / efficiency
Upkeep of Process Parameter sheets (Info to Engineer)
Identify Problems (Press / Robot / EOAT) Feedback to Engineer)
Logbook Entry / Pass down of shift Issues
Keep Machines clean (Purge / Pellets / Parts & Runners in press / etc.)
Identify ROOT CAUSE and put into barco at each press stoppage (accurate data)
Cleaning of the tools in assigned area (each shift )
Proper Break times and not all together
Training of Setup in process and proper startup of the presses / tools
Other duties as needed.

Responsibilities:?
Conduct analytical and physical testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products following approved test methods.

**Principal Responsibilities**
+ Actively supporting and promoting a safe working environment, participating in all safety trainings and programs, and supporting Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security plant initiatives.
+ Using a variety of testing equipment including GCs, HPLC, FTIR, Spectrophotometers, Viscometers, Ovens, balances, pH meters, Microscopy, LIMS & SAP data systems.
+ Using appropriate software to evaluate data based on internal and external specifications, procedure requirements, and LIMS programming, as well as entering information into SAP software.

Audit the preparation of In-Process and Final Audit Report (WIP Sheets)
Prepare In-Process and Final Audit Report (WIP Sheets) based on customer prints
Understand the nonconforming material control, control of QMS documents, control of QMS records, internal audit, and corrective and preventive action procedures
Maintenance of the MRB areas including the initiation of disposition of materials within the (MRB) material review board process
Thorough knowledge of Nonconforming Material Reporting - NCMR form and work instruction
Thorough knowledge of Corrective and Preventive Actions Reports (8D)
Good understanding of the ISO 9001 requirements and related QMS processes
1st Piece Approval Process
Generation of PPAP, ISIR and FAI layouts and other workbook documents.
Assist production with print interpretation and gauging when needed.
Operation of CMM, Faro Arm, Virtek, or any other Quality Instruments
Good understanding of process capability studies and analysis.
Perform floor inspection, shipping & receiving, source and final inspections with maintenance of records and logs.
Perform internal audits of QMS under the direction of a Lead Auditor.
Participate in determining root cause of defects and assists in the Corrective / Preventive Action Process.
Receipt of On-The-Job-Training from Quality Supervisor or Quality Assurance Manager.
