* Responsible for the overall quality of the NEMM
* Reporting monthly results to the MMGM
* Overseeing root cause analysis & report of all recordable incidents
* Developing & writing all local EH&S; policies & procedures
* Working with all Ops Mgrs to conduct annual training for all safety polices & procedures

* Manage and oversee all Quality/Safety Representatives, Supervisors and Managers in market
* Visit each location minimum of a quarterly basis, and review quality and safety training and documentation.
* Conduct internal audits and assist each operation with any external audits (corporate, customer or OSRs)
* Training with Operations team and commercial team on safety and quality items
* Work with corporate on safety audits for each location
* Enhance and improve EHS policy use throughout market
* Accident/Incident Investigation and Corrective Action throughout market
