What Does A Quality Coordinator Do At National Oilwell Varco

* Ensure that area personnel are servicing all tools in compliance with proper procedures.
* Conduct daily checks, monthly 5S audits, and quarterly Quality audits.
* Investigate improper service procedures, shipping errors, manufacturing errors, and troubleshoot for root causes.
* Communicate to management the status of on-going issues and methods for improving the service quality.
* Manage all relevant documentation as it relates to service quality, audits, manuals, inspections, and quality errors.
* Assist with creation/implementation of local service procedures.
* Assist with corrective/preventative action plans for continual improvement.
* Support implementation and sustainment of initiatives such as 5S and competency.
* Coach, mentor, and help others to improve their knowledge or skills in regard to Quality.

What Does A Quality Coordinator Do At CVS Health

* Monitors daily reports and facilitates communications with Patient Safety clinicians on reported events.
* Supports the Patient Safety team developing reports and programs.
* Distributes Tableau, ad hoc, and monthly reports.
* Follows up with branches on incomplete Electronic Patient Safety Organization ( EPSO) reports and supports with technical issues, if needed.
* Acts as a liaison between the Patient Safety team and branches to ensure correct and timely documentation of medication event reports and the required root cause analysis.

* What You Need for this Position
* High school diploma or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors degree with 4 years of experience
* Bachelors from an accredited university in architecture, engineering, construction management or other degree related to the AEC profession.
* Experience in technical design and/or construction expertise and background in quality
* Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications Etc..:
* Certifications (minimum of 2 of the following): CQM (government), ACI level I and II, RCI Roofing Inspector, Structural Steel Erector, Soils testing and mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering for non-engineers
* Ability to read and effectively interpret building construction documentation and associated reports
* Ability to conduct effective preconstruction conferences to define quality standards and inspection procedures.
* Ability to inspect construction progress at scheduled intervals.
* Ability to interfaces with clients quality assurance personnel and provides direction to ensure compliance with testing, inspection procedures and results to on site Quality Assurance inspectors.
* Good interpersonal/communication skills to effectively work with others.
* Good organizational skills to handle/prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to travel to project sites.
* Travel will be greater that 50% of this individuals time.
* Ability to understand and execute the company vision and values of Team, Excellence, Service and Trust
