Quality coordinators ensure that an organization's raw materials, production processes, procedures, final products, or services all comply with national and international regulatory and quality standards. Your responsibilities include inspecting materials, processes, and products and ensuring compliance with existing quality standards and regulations.

You must develop internal auditing tools, conduct internal audits and reports, perform regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality and safety policies, and assist with the development of company policies, processes, and procedures. You will also be required to prepare and maintain quality management documentation and conduct training sessions for companies on regulatory and quality standards.

Quality coordinators earn an average yearly salary of $59,000 and $28.4 per hour. The top 10% of quality coordinators earn $85,000 annually. Top-quality coordinator skills are quality improvement, performance improvement, customer service, patient care, and regulatory agencies. The most common educational qualification required for this position is a bachelor's degree in business.
