This specification defines the job description of a Quality Coordinator at Adient, Murfreesboro, TN facility, as per the direction of the Employee Hiring Procedure.

Scope:
This specification applies to the Murfreesboro, TN JIT plant.

Responsibility:
Annual auditing event and related tasks - prepare, participation, or conduct BOS, CCC, IATF16949, customer audits, and R/GSQM event-related assignments.Monthly and quarterly BOS change notice review and implementation enforcement - understand and interpret requirements, conduct training, facilitate, enforce and monitor the implementation.Preventive and Improvement actions - project or program-specific tasks to plan and conduct an investigation and search for solutions and follow through with the PDCA cycle.Day-to-day data collection, distribution, and monitoring - scrap, DCS, eLPA, QA, change request, AVES, month end, plus any other reporting duties such as document/record review and control, etc.Any other tasks as assigned - general, quality management specific (monitor / maintain day-to-day quality control related reports, verify/validate corrective action status) Must be willing to abide by the company handbook regarding following safety rules and job rotations.Participate in communications events such as plant-wide meetings, line meetings, department meetings, and training exercises. The Clinical Quality Coordinator II is responsible and accountable for providing Quality / No Harm, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by measuring the functioning

Primary Accountabilities
