Warehouse Associate - Fontana, CA What You'll Do: You'll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. In This Role You'll:
All Associates:
* Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift)
* Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
* Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
* Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
Loader Specific:
* Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
* Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation
* Assist dock operations including staging and organizing shipments
Selector (Picker) Specific:
* Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately
* Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy
* Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products

* Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments

* Forklift certification and at least 6 months of safe operation experience preferred

* Use a voice-directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders
Schedule & Setting:
* Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)
* Primarily a 4-day work week, with shifts typically starting between 4 AM and 5 PM; weekend and holiday availability required
* Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50-lbs and standing/walking for extended periods

About the role - CDL Class B Driver (Zephyr, TX)
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a CDL Class B Driver within our Orica USA Commercial team.
This role will be responsible for driving and operating Orica's bulk trucks (Mobile Manufacturing Units ) and installing blasting products for our customers at local construction sites, mines, and quarries as well as being accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment.
This is a blended role that consists of 40% driving and 60% physical work related to the installation of blasting products. Responsibilities include product loading, driving a CDL truck, pulling hoses, and climbing on and off the truck in all types of weather conditions.
Additionally, this role will operate plant and equipment to provide blasting products while assisting in delivering a high-quality service of bulk explosives to customers. We prioritize safety and strive to ensure that all operations are always conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

What you will be doing

Responsibilities
Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties
Performs standard vehicle maintenance
Performs standard component inspections and repairs
Performs preventive maintenance
Diagnoses standard mechanical and electronic problems, utilizing diagnostic computer when applicable
Identifies root cause of basic failures/conditions and perform repairs as required
Replaces defective components as instructed
Performs facility maintenance duties
Interacts with customers/drivers to properly determine nature of complaint once assigned a task
Utilizes key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation available
Works in accordance with all federal/ provincial and corporate compliance guidelines (i.e., safety, DOT, MOT)
Performs other support duties as required to support operations. These could include but are not limited to Service Island support

Role Summary:
The Cargo Agent is responsible for the safe and efficient handling of import and export cargo, including acceptance, documentation, storage, and aircraft servicing at Hawaiian Airlines and Alaska Airlines. Requires attention to detail, physical capability, and strong customer service to support cargo operations in compliance with airline, customs, and hazmat regulations. Must be flexible, safety-minded, and able to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism and clear communication. This is a union represented position.
Key Duties:
Cargo Acceptance & Documentation: Accepts inbound and outbound cargo shipments, ensuring compliance with airline and regulatory requirements. Prepares and processes airway bills, cargo manifests, and other required documentation for domestic and international shipments.
Safely sets up, sorts, stores, and moves cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment. Builds up and breaks down Unit Load Devices (ULDs) for aircraft loading and unloading.
Performs marshalling, loading, and unloading of freighter aircraft, ensuring safe and efficient cargo transfer. Delivers and retrieves cargo from aircraft gates and designated areas.
Prepares and submits U.S. Customs documentation for import/export cargo. Clears cargo through U.S. Customs and other regulatory agencies as required, including agriculture inspections.
Provides accurate and timely information to customers regarding cargo services, customs requirements, and shipment status. Assists with inquiries related to cargo claims and service issues.
Accounts for charge transactions related to interisland, domestic, and international shipments. Audits daily transactions including OA (Other Airline) transfers and electronic payment checks to ensure accuracy.
Performs clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and recordkeeping. Supports operational reporting and assists with administrative tasks as assigned.
Performs duties of lower classifications as needed to support team operations. Adheres to all safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
Additional Details:
Body piercing and tongue piercing shall not be exposed while performing job duties and must be covered at all times by a uniform piece or removed.
Nose, lip, eyebrow, and cheek piercings or rings are not permitted under any circumstance.
Ear gauge piercing is not allowed.
Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills:
