What We're Looking For: * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in STEM or related coursework preferred. * 1-3 years of experience in a quality, inspection, engineering or manufacturing role is preferred. * Some experience in reading blueprints and using measurement tools is required. * Strong working knowledge of mechanical measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges and thread gauges. * Familiarity with engineering drawings, blueprints, and industry specifications such as ANSI, ASTM, API and 3A. * Familiarity with quality documentation, reporting, and data entry. * Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.
