Experience with EMR.
Experience with LTC, LTAC, Hospice, or Home Health.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred. Previous experience operating in a continuous improvement or ISO 9000 environment preferred.
