As a QA4 - MEP, you'll serve as a senior technical lead and Owner's Representative on active construction sites, focused on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
You will:

Develops Owner Verification Plans (OVP) that describe the processes and procedures used to verify the contractor's quality assurance activities.
Reviews the contractor's Construction QMP to ensure that it clearly defines the methods, processes, procedures, and staffing necessary for robust quality control and quality assurance on collaborative delivery projects.
Inspects, monitors, and observes the contractor's work for compliance with the Construction QMP and associated agreements for collaborative project delivery. Investigate any analysis that is not verified.
Identifies deficient and nonconforming work. Evaluates contractor's root cause analysis and verifies that any approved corrective and preventive measures are effectively implemented.
Performs periodic audits to verify the contractor's adherence to and the effectiveness of the approved Construction QMP.
Provides training on quality processes.
Builds, maintains, and manages an inspection schedule across the program that is resource loaded.
Forecasts and manages resources according to needs across the program to ensure that all projects have adequate inspection resources to meet the requirements of the program.
Coordinates with the various OAs, ConReps and CMs to ensure inspection resources are available when needed.
Fills in for inspectors during sick leave or PTO.

Develop inventions and expand Ofinno's Intellectual Property portfolio.
Define and evaluate concepts and solutions for future radio access technologies and standards.
Design and develop L1 or L2 radio technology components in alignment with radio standardization specifications, focusing on physical layer specifications.
Utilize simulation tools to assess and validate new concepts and solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure research aligns with broader business objectives.
Present technical findings and proposals to clients and industry partners.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Ph.D. is strongly preferred.
7+ years of experience as a delegate in 3GPP standardization activities, particularly within RAN1, RAN2, or SA2.
Proven expertise in leading the creation of Intellectual Property in the context of 3GPP standardization.
In-depth understanding of 5G NR and next-generation wireless technologies.
Demonstrated proficiency in writing, research, and technical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
Strong ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic priorities and organizational structures.
Experience as a feature lead or rapporteur in RAN1, RAN2, or SA2 topics is preferred.
