Data Analysis / Technical Management (20%) Analyze product/process data identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction. Ensure all operations and processes comply with ISO/QMS requirements. Develop work instructions and provide training on new and improved equipment and processes. Plant Support (20%): Assist in identifying, developing and implementing process improvement initiatives which reduce waste and non-value-added activities. Plan, develop and implement quality and manufacturing process changes that yield improved Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE); production efficiencies, yields and rates. Provide support on any production/product/quality issues as required. Evaluate equipment and process capabilities and make recommendations on equipment design and selection. Lead/direct the installation and start-up of new processes and equipment. Develop a rapport with multiple Plant Leadership Teams, QA Team, and R&D personnel.
