Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform scheduled pre-walks to perform a pre-con assessment of tile, hardwood, and carpet projects compared to as quoted. This includes confirming all design layout items, confirming materials needed, and job readiness. Reviewing labor rates and instructions, then adjusting based on confirmed info during pre-con. If different, communicating these changes via a pre-walk case to correct the quote to the customer, work order, pick ticket, and anything that would impact the job and delivery of a good buying experience for our customers. Daily management of all ongoing jobs. Provide daily direction to installers. The ability to look at work orders, drawings, and our internal systems, including notes, to gather facts and problem-solve in a professional, kind, and skillful way that inspires others to want to work with you and for you. Coordinate all aspects of the job, including additional materials & labor needed to complete all ongoing jobs, including assisting in opening cases, getting change orders, job short or wrong material situations, and layout changes.
