Your Role:
As the Quality Manager, you will lead all quality assurance, quality control, and laboratory operations across the organization. You will own the ISO-based Quality Management System, ensure regulatory and customer compliance, and drive a strong culture of quality throughout manufacturing, engineering, and operations.
What You'll Do:
• Lead, mentor, and develop the quality organization, including laboratory and quality technicians.

A Brief Summary of This Position:
The Regional Quality Manager (RQM) is responsible for providing Quality Assurance guidance and support to their respective manufacturing locations. This includes indirect supervision or strong dotted line reporting structure between the RQM and plant quality personnel. This dotted line reporting structure ensures the RQM's have a voice in plant quality activities. As such, the RQM will provide quality related guidance directly to plant quality personnel. About this Position:
The Supplier Process Sr. Engineer position supports supplier delivery and characteristic improvement activity with automotive part suppliers in North America. Support supplier improvement activity as part of Department Business plan, reporting performance measurables and targets, forecast impact, monitor results & develop gap elimination plans to achieve Department goals
Identifies problems on a systemic level and conducts problem analysis / situation appraisal, which may include analysis on a specific part or assembly process (Tooling / Equipment Spec / Part Drawing Spec or Evaluation / OEE / Volume Assessment, etc.) to develop effective countermeasures to correct problems or potential problems to avoid impacting delivery performance
Perform in-depth analysis related to the supplier's production planning, results and/or current business practices and correlation to Honda systems/requirements (example CMS) and propose improvement options
