Job Summary
To establish and maintain the Project Quality Management program by performing SundtWay Quality Management functions based on compliance with contract documents and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensures that all work in place is in compliance with approved submittals and contract documents.
2. Ensures that rework items are being corrected.
3. Participates in activities to support the company's strategic planning efforts.
4. Performs internal quality inspections and participates with IOR inspections.
5. Performs submittal reviews and approvals for compliance with subcontract documents.
6. Prepares quality management plans for specialized projects.
7. Schedules and conducts preparatory meetings in support of Sundt quality management program with suppliers, subcontractors, supervision and government.
8. Schedules and conducts pre-installation conferences.
9. Supervises testing agencies and maintains records to ensure testing is performed per ASTM standards.
10. Verifies materials meet contract specific requirements.
Minimum Job Requirements
1. 5+ years as a foreman, superintendent, or CM in similar projects
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of technical and/or related experience.
3. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs
4. Quality Management Certification

JOB SUMMARY
The Process Engineer, Level I, reports directly to the VP, Engineering and is responsible for developing process and chemical production engineering protocols and processes at ARM manufacturing sites that meet all applicable US Government (USG) requirements. Follow up on Non-conforming material: give disposition on non conforming material by following procedures.
Trace back defective material.

The unit is responsible for component repair designs, installation procedures, and welding engineering support for all CR&R projects (Reactor vessel (RV) Control Rod Drive Mechanism nozzle repairs, Bottom Mounted Nozzle modifications, pressurizer nozzle repairs, structural weld overlays, control element drive mechanism canopy seal welding and replacement of steam generator, RV head, and pressurizers) and on occasion to outside company organizations, welding process development, repair contract project engineering, Steam Generating Team project welding engineering technical, administrative and field operations support. Your work will include:
* Testing, development, and support for procedure and personnel qualifications as well as field repair/construction solutions.
* Gain first hand experience with first-of-a-kind (FOAK) repair and plant modification solutions.
