The Regional Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance and control processes for all PV EPC projects in their assigned region. Document and report findings: Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions, and prepare regular reports for management and clients. Become proficient in the use of SOLV's proprietary “Sunscreen” software to train project teams in documentation processes and to initiate, report and document all quality matters on the projects in the designated region. Conduct frequent, formal audits on documentation compliance, reporting methods, installation processes/procedures and methods, material handling, and vendor product performance. Conduct Root Cause Analysis when needed. Utilizing both 5-Why or 8D methods, depending on circumstance, conduct and document thorough RCA to identify quality issues on projects. Create, implement and monitor formal CAPA's based on results of the RCA. Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions to enhance overall project quality and efficiency. Ensure compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices, and ensure that all projects adhere to relevant guidelines and regulations. Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. Certifications: Quality management certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in engineering, OSHA 10, 30, Journeyman, etc. are all highly desirable. Skills: Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control methodologies. Strong knowledge of electrical construction and electrical safety. Experience with construction drawings and installation procedures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Introduction The Quality Technician plays a critical role in maintaining site-wide quality control by managing all non-conforming material, coordinating third-party source inspections, and performing timely inspections on returned goods. Key Responsibilities * Manage and process all non-conforming material, including identification, segregation, documentation, and disposition. * Coordinate and facilitate third-party source inspections, ensuring required materials, documentation, and quality records are prepared and available. * Perform timely inspections on returned goods (RMA), including visual, mechanical, or dimensional checks to support quick evaluation and customer response. * Maintain accurate records for NCRs, source inspections, RMAs, and other quality-related data in accordance with internal procedures. * Support material flow by resolving quality holds quickly and escalating issues when needed to prevent delays or quality escapes. * Collaborate with Quality Engineers, Operations, and Supply Chain to investigate issues, verify corrective actions, and support continuous improvement activities. * Follow established quality procedures, work instructions, and regulatory/ITAR requirements to ensure compliance and audit readiness. * Other duties, as assigned or required. Qualifications, Skills and Attributes Core Requirements * Exceptional attention to detail with strong observational and analytical skills to identify quality issues accurately and consistently. * Proficiency with inspection tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measurement instruments. * Working knowledge of quality systems and methodologies, such as AS9100, ISO standards, Lean Manufacturing, and root-cause analysis tools. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation with a high level of accuracy. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain. * Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, quality management software (QMS), and data analysis tools within a manufacturing or regulated environment. * Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation, in accordance with ADA requirements. Key Accountabilities Under minimal supervision, the Process Engineer will provide technical expertise and support optimization of granulation and drying processes in a manufacturing environment. This role involves applying fundamental engineering principles to implement system modifications, support equipment troubleshooting, and contribute to process improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to GMP/GLP regulations in a highly regulated environment. Contract to Hire Opportunity for the right Fit (0-6 Months Contract) Morning Shift We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations, manufacturing systems, and new product integration. This role is responsible for ensuring the manufacturing process is defined and communicated by creating bill of materials, work instructions, manufacturing drawings and required updates to ERP/MRP systems. This role will also work with the shop floor to continuously improve the manufacturing processes and environment.
