Key Responsibilities 1. Data and ML Quality Assurance Implement robust Data Quality checks and governance processes for data flowing into and out of our AI/ML models. Establish and manage comprehensive regression testing for all core data and ML delivery modules, utilizing frameworks like Playwright and, where necessary, existing tools like UFT for legacy systems integration. 3. Engineering Management & Team Leadership Manage a high-performing engineering team of 7 direct reports. Collaborate with 3 shared service team members to ensure infrastructure alignment and security compliance. Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in software, data, or ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role overseeing operational teams. Deep expertise in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proven experience integrating DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps principles into a unified framework. Strong background in automated testing and quality assurance, including experience with modern web/API testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright) and data validation techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across the organization (e.g., Manufacturing, Product Design).

This role is a hands-on introduction to Quality Engineering. CQT will assist or own customer complaints and provide admin support to enhance our customer service. Working closely with our Quality Engineers, writing working instructions, supporting root cause investigations, running engineering trials and assisting with manufacturing improvements and implementation. In this role they will have the opportunity to learn many engineering principles, apply them in real time and build a foundation of engineering skills they can build on. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assist in root cause investigations, data gathering, sample collection, and part verification for customer issues. Focus on ownership of RMA's, sort tracking, 8D updates and other Plex modules. Create and revise PowerPoint presentations to enhance communication with customers and manufacturing teams, or for training purposes. Help draft, edit, and organize corrective action documents (8Ds) under QE guidance (not assistant). Assist with Layered Process audits, inspection checks, and error proofing / corrective action. Develop, create, and revise work instructions (QJIs), setup instructions, and visual aids.
