Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement * Serve as the primary point of contact for all QA-related matters, providing guidance and expertise across the program. * Collaborate with contractor leadership and DOL program staff to determine quality needs, align on priorities, and support operational requirements. * Work closely with supervisors, trainers, and operational leaders to ensure seamless implementation of new quality standards, updates, and training needs.
