Your Role:
The Quality Manager is responsible for promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization. This position will develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.

Provide Quality leadership throughout the plant, driving a strong quality culture and collaborating with the plant's Management team (Member of Management Team).
Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for the QS team.
Implement and maintain Quality Systems and Policies based on BRCGS Global Standard for Packaging Materials, as well as the Corporate quality plan.
Responsible for leading the HACCP / HARA team and implement programs to ensure safe food packaging in compliance with BRCGS. Report food safety concerns to those with authority to act.
Manage and maintain the plant's quality inspection programs for incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods. Supervise technical staff performing the in-process inspection plans as well as any finished product inspections. Complete Gage R&R studies as appropriate. Establish and maintain the calibration program for all test equipment.
Identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver the training.
Monitor quality performance by analyzing and summarizing relevant data. This includes statistical analysis of production test data, product Holds, and Customer Complaints.
Prepare monthly complaint reports and drive quality improvements based on results. Identify and deploy best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Issue corrective action requests or lead root cause problem solving teams as appropriate.
Manage the product/process qualification process (PPAP) for new equipment/products or significant changes, collaborating with Manufacturing and R&D.
Liaise with customers' or 3

party auditors and ensure the execution of corrective actions and compliance with customers' specifications.
Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.

Qualifications
We need you to have:
BA/BS degree in Engineering or Statistics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing and/or Quality Assurance environment.
Experience in quality systems and standards, inspection sampling methods, auditing, root cause problem solving, and manufacturing processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and challenge a diverse group of employees to achieve/exceed performance expectations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Proficient in MS Office. Ability to perform statistical analysis using Excel or Minitab.

Trained in HACCP, or willingness to obtain certification.

Quality Technician-CMM Operator

Starting Pay -$25-$28 Based on exp.

Required Education -High School Diploma/GED
Responsibilities
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using CMM equipment and other precision measurement tools.
Develop, run, and maintain CMM programs to support accurate and repeatable inspections.
Generate and maintain inspection documentation, including FAIRs, CTQ reports, and calibration records.
Support production teams by troubleshooting dimensional issues and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 year experience operating CMM equipment or performing dimensional inspection in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and quality-related software.

Job Overview:
The Quality Technician performs a variety of tests to ensure units function according to specifications or to determine cause of unit failure, using test instruments: Reads test schedule, work orders, test manuals, performance specifications, and schematics to determine testing procedure and equipment to be used. Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections per applicable prints and specifications.
Responsibilities:
Performs inspection of parts for conformance with engineering or other process specifications or instructions
When applicable, use CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
Calibrate and verify accuracy on precision gages.
Must follow gauging part check procedure.
Identifying and monitoring production machine parameters.
Monitoring and testing product/batch quality
Needs working knowledge of GD&T and able to read part drawings.
Utilizes performance, test, and inspection data to investigate causes for product nonconformance and field problems and plays an active role in problem resolution.
Helps Identify areas of production/processes that can be improved upon.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
2+ years of experience in quality inspection experience in a factory environment
Preferences:
3+ years of experience in quality in a manufacturing environment supporting industrial parts and product manufacturing
Experience operating a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), programming experience a plus.
Good knowledge of precision measurement and test equipment
Interpret engineering prints/specifications and geometric dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
Knowledge of ISO Quality System requirements
Competencies- Need to be self-starting and work independently with minimal supervision.
Hazards areĀ· cuts, burns, bruises and possible permanent injury; operator required to wear proper PPG.
Regular exposure to heat, dirt, grease, and fumes.
Regular exposure to noise levels exceeding 85 db (hearing protection required when exposure exceeds 85db).
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
This position will be based fully onsite.
