Lead and conduct the annual Management Review Meeting Responsible for the Corrective Action / Preventive Action reports Promotes quality achievements and performance improvement throughout the plant and organization. Collaborates with R&D Department, Production personnel, and QC Lab operators in the evaluation of Customer returns materials (RGAs) Perform root cause analysis Assist Purchasing Department in Supplier Evaluations and submits Customer Questionnaire Visit customer's facilities to sort material and serve as a Liaison between the Company and the Customer's Quality Control Department as needed.
