/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Trauma Outcomes Coordinator must possess a background in trauma nursing and performance improvement and patient safety. This position assists the trauma quality program to promote the delivery of optimal and efficient services across the continuum of trauma care, from pre-hospital to rehabilitation. The SeniorTrauma Outcomes Coordinator requires knowledge and skill in nursing practice, evidence-based practices, trauma center operations, quality and process improvement, principles of teaching. Through collaboration with Trauma Services faculty/staff, responsible for, ensuring continuous improvement in care of the injured patient from admission through patient disposition and follow-up. Responsible for maintaining documented records of assigned trauma PI activities and security of the Trauma Outcomes database. Obtains and analyzes information in order to develop new or modify existing PI initiatives. Creates customized reports based on analyses of data for dissemination and makes recommendations to improve the quality of trauma care and outcomes. Utilizes state and national benchmarks to determine trauma care standards. May serve as facilitator/leader of process improvement efforts. Provides training and supervision for new Trauma Outcomes Coordinators.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Must have three (3) or more years of Trauma PI experience, including working with an ACS Verified trauma program.
Must have practiced as a RN for minimum of three (3) years in an Emergency Department or Critical Care Area, including experience providing care to trauma patients.
Current licensure by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas or proof of reciprocity of licensure between the State of Texas and another state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

The Supplier Quality Surveillance Engineer is responsible supporting Procurement in the implementation and execution of Procurement Supplier Quality Inspections and audits.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Perform basic to moderately complex quality assurance and quality control shop inspections and audits to ensure critical materials and engineered equipment purchased meet or exceed our customer's and contract quality and workmanship expectations
Assist in ensuring the subcontracts or corporate agreements for good and services meet Rosendin Procurement quality standards and customer's expectations
Require a working core understanding of Rosendin electrical equipment and materials related to fabrication, testing, and functionality
Independently read, understand, and analyze basic foundational equipment specifications, drawings, and provide feedback in regard to recommended supplier testing and inspections
Report to management and Project personnel about manufacturing problems, and
assist in identifying root cause issues and feedback on corrective resolutions to these problems
Communicate inspection and audit results, both verbally and written, and recommend
corrective actions
Have a thorough knowledge of Procurement quality procedures, documents, and
reporting structuresx
Assist Rosendin Procurement in Supplier/Subcontractor prequalification by providing
input on the fabricator's quality program by performing basic to moderately complex supplier audits/assessments.
Provide support to Divisions and projects in overseeing fabricator and subcontractor
quality as needed
Review basic to moderately complex Supplier/Subcontractor Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and assist in developing corrective action plans. Coordinate with Quality Managers to support approve final disposition and sign off NCR's
Provide input to Rosendin Procurement in rating the overall quality performance of
suppliers and subcontractors
Support effective supplier and cross-functional relationships, partnership, and collaboration
Assist in program, process, and policy improvement support and feedback
Skilled in written and verbal communications to include
documentation of pre-fabrication meetings, updating pre-fabrication checklists, writing
basic to moderately complex inspection/audit reports
Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Required Electrical Engineering degree with comparable direct experience/degree/certification follows:
4 years applicable work experience in professional supplier quality
2 years applicable work experience in professional supplier quality with 2-year technical/associate's degree in electrical technology
0-1 years applicable work experience with 4-year bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Broad working knowledge of all design/craft disciplines and engineered equipment/materials associated with renewable energy and electrical projects and must be familiar with their special processes, inspection, and testing techniques
Must be familiar with electrical procurement and vendor surveillance procedures as well as working knowledge of construction industry codes and standards related to the manufacture and testing of electrical components/systems such as IEEE, IECC, NEC, NFPA, NESC, IBC, IFC, etc.)
Be detail oriented, Effective time management and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Must be team player but able to work independently, to meet intense deadlines, goals and objectives
The position may require up to 85% travel and may require occasional travel outside of the USA
WORKING CONDITIONS
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning

* Support regular inventory audits to ensure record accuracy and contribute to cost-reduction strategies that enhance inventory turnover.
Process engineering and implementation
* Lead the planning, development, and implementation of new processes and systems, including the critical migration from a FIFO to a Standard Cost system.
* Designed and optimized manufacturing processes to improve safety, productivity, and product quality, while providing direct engineering support to the sales team by interpreting technical requirements and overseeing product configuration management.
* Collaborate with the quality department to support quality control processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
New Product Development (NPD) and documentation
* Support the new product development lifecycle by assisting with process design, material selection, and equipment layout.
* Create and maintain essential product documentation, including part number creation for TTB and HSL products and CAD drawings for TTB.
* Manage and maintain the product configurator system to ensure accurate product specifications and options for the sales team.
System and project support
* Serve as a key resource for the company-wide transition to a standard cost accounting system, including data migration, testing, and training.
* Troubleshoot issues during system implementations and process rollouts, providing timely and effective solutions use project management tools to track project progress, manage timelines, and report on key milestones to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing preferred), Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on process optimization and inventory control.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Proficiency with CAD software, inventory management systems (e.g., ERP), and product configurators.
* Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with standard cost accounting principles is a plus.
