Particularly in aluminum and steel brazing, welding, and machining. Understanding of Heat Exchanger manufacturing preferred. Ability to mark-up, edit, and update specifications for weld processes. Investigate welding related issues to improve product performance and increase productivity. Develop repair procedures and assess flaws to determine the fitness-for-service of structures Develop standards, materials, weld joint design, and welding processes Develop welding process procedure qualification, suppler qualification, and product testing Troubleshoot welding problems and provide corrective solutions Ability to manage various projects and process tasks while following approval process for authoring operation sheets Communicates technical subject matter proficiently, both written and verbally. Element has an opportunity for a Cleanroom Quality Technician. The Cleanroom Quality Technician is responsible to ensure that all company and customer technical and regulatory requirements are followed within the Precision Cleaning Division. This person will be responsible to ensure processing tanks are cleaned, filtered and meet specification requirements by performing weekly titrations. Cleaning of the cleanroom will be performed on a daily, week, monthly basis to help prevent and eliminate potential risk of foreign object debris. Documents corresponding with each machine will be collected, scanned and organized on a monthly basis. All duties will be communicated with the department manager. Are you ready to go beyond? **What You Will Do:** The **Product Delivery Center Quality Engineer** will support activities during the assembly and test phases of production on site on 1st shift at Middletown, CT Product Delivery Center (PDC). The PDC Quality Engineer will coordinate with Production, Engineering, Customer Support, Test Engineering, and other functional disciplines to facilitate the assembly through shipping of engines. The PDC Quality Engineer will approach problem solving with innovation and develop timely action plans for resolution.
