Key Responsibilities Lead process design, development, and validation for new and existing connector manufacturing operations. Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Develop and maintain process documentation, including PFMEAs, control plans, and standard work instructions. Optimize assembly, cold forming, die designm and press operations to enhance yield, throughput, and OEE. Identify and implement automation and semi-automation opportunities to reduce variability and improve labor efficiency. Support design-for-manufacturing (DFM) efforts during new product introduction. Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and nonconformances. Collaborate with maintenance and tooling teams to ensure equipment reliability and technical readiness.
