* Identify opportunities for improvement in Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) and CAHPS scores based on results of data analysis and required state performance standards
* Design and implement educational programs and outreach strategies for providers and members to facilitate compliance and competency with established programs and guidelines
* Hold Member Advisory Committee and Member Focus Group meetings to solicit member satisfaction feedback.
* Provide weekly operations reports related to QI activities and goal performance
* Conduct QIA activities and PIPs related to state and accreditation activities

What Does A Quality Improvement Coordinator Do At Healthcare Support

* Collaborate with health services team planning and implementation of Medicaid quality improvement programs, projects and interventions that may include telephonic health promotion activities with members.
* Assesses population through development and review of utilization reports and identifies gaps or areas of low performance in comparison to benchmarks.
* Plans evidence and outcomes based interventions directed towards members, providers, and internal health plan processes in collaboration with coworkers, providers, and community partners.
