Inspects in-coming Raw Materials per QC protocol, reports non-compliance to the QC Supervisor to complete SCAR. Conducts QCP & CCP tests as per protocol, documents result in SafetyChain & confirms specs compliance to Food Safety & QM systems. Performs analytical tests on samples, using standard methods of analysis specific to the raw material or finished product.
