Accountabilities Quality System Resin Handling Cross-Training & Development Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support compliance with existing & new product quality requirements including quality control sampling systems, procedures and statistical techniques. Assist in resin inventory and blending management. Operate, calibrate and conduct verification of testing and blending equipment. Prioritize and test incoming raw materials, maintaining documentation as required. Conduct quality line inspections, including outgoing shipments of finished goods, and assist with audits including process adherence. Use raw material and finished product test results to develop or modify blends for pipe production. Maintain testing and procedural documentation as required. Report, enter, and maintain required data, including quality records, and documents. Conduct first article and finished product testing, identifying and communicating necessary process adjustments to production team. Identify out of spec results and work with Supervisor and Operators to resolve. Properly label, segregate, and report any product (finished good) found to be out of specification. Properly label and store resin lots in warehouse, and ensure accurate inventories are maintained. Palletize empty and flattened resin boxes for shipment. Prepare necessary valves and system controls to ensure correct flow of resin lots to process and storage. Focus on cross-training, continuous learning and improvement. Participate and support the Continuous Improvement (CI) culture. Complete other duties as assigned. As a Welding Inspector, you will conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. You will review and interpret welding procedures, codes, and standards, identify and address welding defects, and maintain professional relationships with clients and contractors while delivering excellent work. Your role is vital in ensuring the integrity and safety of natural gas distribution pipeline projects through thorough inspections and quality assurance processes. This is a short-term contract role lasting six to nine months, focused on a pipeline project in Baltimore, Maryland. The position is field-based with a strong emphasis on hands-on oversight and compliance. Required Qualifications: Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification from the American Welding Society (AWS) or equivalent (CPWI) Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Strong communication and problem-solving skills Enjoys working in the field and solving challenges in real time Preferred Qualifications: Advanced certifications related to welding inspection Experience in natural gas distribution projects Why Join Us? Job Description TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has an immediate opening for a Quality Inspectors in Mossville, IL. Pay is $17-18.50hr and it is 2nd shift. Reports to Site Supervisor/Site Leads Quality Inspector Responsibilities (To include but not limited to the following) Client Relationship & Business Development The Quality Inspector acts as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria. Operations The Quality Inspector performs quality inspection / quality audits on incoming material using hand gaging and visual techniques to determine conformance to specifications and fitness for use. Contains non-conforming parts and/or sub-assemblies. Rectifies non-conforming material by rework, sorting and/or scrapping as directed by Team Leader. Uses methods such as de-rusting, grinding, drilling, tapping, assembly and/or disassembly to rectify non-conforming material. Determines the tools and equipment needed to do the job. Grinds, sands, cleans and oils parts and/or sub-assemblies by using hand tools or equipment. Organization & Management Communicate sort/inspection results to managers, supervisors and production source. Technical MUST be able to use basic hand tools such as gaging, drills, taps, grinders and/or sanders to repair and/or clean parts and/or sub-assemblies. Utilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements.
