Job Description The person in this role will conduct routine analysis of the production of coffee products to ensure quality specification guidelines. This entails record-keeping of all data. You will also interact with manufacturing teams in relation to product quality holds, will pull line samples, and assist with customer inquiries, as well as maintain a variety of quality documents. Monitors and responds to all process operating guidelines and complies with GMP and safety policies Assists with routine and situational GMP/Food safety inspections, exercises, systems, and /or investigations for any quality, food safety & security concerns. Performs testing of raw material sampling to finish product and sensory evaluation (cuppings) Performs other duties and special quality-related projects as needed Qualifications & Requirements: Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in a food and beverage environment preferred Some technical and college courses related to food science, biology, or chemistry are required.
