Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspection of material as required.
Perform layout checks as needed.
Perform rotational capacity tests on bolts prior to use in shop.
Work with outside inspectors to resolve quality issues on the floor.
Monitor welder qualification tests.
Monitor and record welding parameters to insure compliance to approved WPS.
Be able to read and understand the Welding code and Specifications.
Perform Dimensional checks on lay downs and shop assemblies. Use Total Station as needed.
Develop improvements in the quality control process to facilitate flow of work through shop.
Conduct audits of Quality Management System
Perform in a manner that will assure quality work flowing through the shop.
Work with welders and leadmen to maintain quality.
Be available, by use of a radio, etc. to perform needed checks.
Maintain a log of work done, and complete required reports.
Interpret the Specifications and applicable Codes.
Ability to be flexible to work either early or late within assigned shift as needed.
Coordinate inspection of QC hold points between production and DOT Inspectors.
Use and encourage safe working habits.

Effectively communicate with the crews, supervisors, and Quality Manager the results of your work, evaluate problems, proposed acceptable corrections, solutions, and schedules.
Ability to understand and interpret blueprints, use measurement tools and techniques to verify geometric tolerances of fabricated parts and assemblies. Strong attention to detail and ability to make informed decisions based on project codes and specifications
Coordinate your work with shipping department to assure loads have been inspected and ready to ship.
Work with supervisors to plan your work and time in each shop to facilitate the flow of quality work through the shop.
General working knowledge of Total Station to assist crews as needed and finalize assemblies during off shifts as needed.
Positive attitude to promote team morale and ability to coach employees for improved quality of workmanship

The Quality Control Technician I plays a key role in maintaining American Phoenix, Inc.'s reputation for excellence in rubber manufacturing. This position is responsible for performing precise tests on rubber compounds using specialized laboratory equipment to ensure product integrity and compliance with customer specifications. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical to maintaining our quality standards.
This position reports to our Quality Manager.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
Follow all company and laboratory safety procedures at all times.
Maintain a neat, organized, and clean work area.
Perform testing of rubber compounds in accordance with customer and internal specifications.
Analyze and interpret test data to assist in determining material release status.
Prepare rubber samples as needed (cutting, milling, curing, and stamping).
Troubleshoot issues such as test failures, retesting, or data discrepancies.
Enter test results accurately into data systems and complete customer data packets.
Tag and release finished goods after testing and approval.

This is a full-time, 8-hour afternoon shift position:

Probationary and Training Period
All new Quality Control Technician I employees will undergo a 90-day probationary period. During this time, employees are expected to demonstrate proficiency in the required laboratory testing procedures and safety practices. Successful completion of this period, including supervisor sign-off, is required to continue employment in this position.
This 90-day period may be adjusted by management depending on business demands, employee leave, or other applicable factors. What is an Occupancy Verification?
Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is:
To verify property occupancy.
To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.
Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors.
Responsibilities
Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes.
Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned.
Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.
Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments.
Complete a short form in an app.
Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory.

Pay and Hours
This is a 1099 position. Each inspection has a flat rate. Rates vary based on county and volume. Although you are paid per inspection, you will earn the equivalent of $30-$40 per hour.
Depending on a county and if it is urban or rural you will complete anywhere from 20-500 inspections per month working 2-30 hours per week. Lower volume counties have higher rates and higher volume counties have lower rates. There is no set amount of inspections per month, but the work is consistent month-to-month.
Earn more as you become established, have greater availability to inspect or are willing to cover a larger territory.
No additional mileage reimbursement above the flat fee per inspection.

Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is:
To verify property occupancy.
To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.
Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors.
Responsibilities
Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes.
Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned.
Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.

Quality Lab Technician Location: Whitehall, WI Department: Quality Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm Position Overview The Quality Lab Technician plays a key role in ensuring Ashley Furniture products meet stringent quality standards and customer expectations. This position is responsible for collecting test samples, performing laboratory testing in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documenting results, and communicating findings to the appropriate personnel. When results indicate issues requiring immediate attention, the Quality Lab Technician must promptly escalate concerns to management. Additionally, this role assists in the cross‑training and development of other lab technicians to maintain a skilled and flexible team. Primary Job Functions Testing & Documentation * Obtain accurate test samples and conduct testing procedures in accordance with all SOPs and quality standards. * Document all test results clearly and distribute findings to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner. * Immediately alert management when test results indicate the need for corrective action. Training & Team Support * Assist in administering cross‑training for lab technicians to ensure adequate coverage and team capability. * Participate in weekly team meetings to communicate departmental updates, goals, and issues. * Support team development through weekly coaching, training, and company-provided learning activities. Your part in our story:
The QA Tech is responsible for conducting micro testing, wet chemical analysis of water, testing and maintaining the RO, enforcing GMP policies, quarterly CFR testing for bottles and closures, and various other tasks as they arise.
Responsibilities include:
Performs daily and quarterly micros
Performs wet chemical analysis of product.
Performs Quality checks and calibrations.
Maintains quality forms and may do cleaning.
Performs daily Plant checks/walkthrough checking Presage quality checks and cleanliness.
Writes Process deviations and Non-Conformances.
Over sees corrective actions are being implemented
Makes sure that Plant personnel are adhering to corporate GMP policies
Maintains chemical inventory
Must be able to communicate at all levels
Must follow all established Good Manufacturing Practices.
Work 5am-5:10pm on a 2-2-3 shift schedule:

**Quality Inspector/CWI - 2nd Shift** Full Time Regular Eau Claire, WI US Salary Range:$32.00 To $46.00 Hourly **We are looking for 1st shift availability. Shift hours are Monday through Thursday 430pm to 430am.** - Coordinate between Production team and DOT Inspectors to ensure DOT witnessing of production operations and QC hold points are being completed.
- Perform visual inspection of material as required.
- Perform layout checks as needed.
- Perform rotational capacity tests on bolts prior to use in shop.
- Work with outside inspectors to resolve quality issues on the floor.
- Monitor welder qualification tests.
- Monitor and record welding parameters to insure compliance to approved WPS.
- Be able to read and understand the Welding code and Specifications.
- Perform Dimensional checks on lay downs and shop assemblies. Use Total Station as needed.
- Develop improvements in the quality control process to facilitate flow of work through shop.
Primary Responsibilities: How will you accomplish the Objectives?
- Perform in a manner that will assure quality work flowing through the shop.
- Work with welders and leadmen to maintain quality.
- Be available, by use of a radio, etc. to perform needed checks.
- Maintain a log of work done, and complete required reports.
- Interpret the Specifications and applicable Codes.
- Ability to be flexible to work either early or late within assigned shift as needed.
- Coordinate inspection of QC hold points between production and DOT Inspectors.
- Use and encourage safe working habits.

- General working knowledge of Total Station to assist crews as needed and finalize assemblies during off shifts as needed.
