Full-time Description The Quality Inspector is responsible for performing in-process inspections across all production areas - both upstairs and downstairs - to ensure product quality standards are consistently met. This role involves verifying work-in-process parts, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, and supporting production teams by identifying and resolving quality issues in real time. Key Responsibilities Perform Quality inspections across assigned production cells upstairs and downstairs during shift. Inspect in-process parts for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and overall conformance to specifications. Use measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, optical comparators, and other precision instruments. Record inspection results in quality systems, including documentation of any non conformances. Communicate quality issues promptly to machine operators, supervisors, and Quality leadership.
