In this role the Quality Inspector ensures all assigned inspections are properly completed and documented in compliance with established policies and procedures and corresponding inspection forms and reports are properly executed prior to releasing products for use. Shifts available: 1st and 2nd shift Pay Rate $18.50 to $24.50 Responsibilities Use and interpret work instructions and associated documents to ensure conformity of product. Performs final inspection of the product. Ensure all assigned inspections are properly completed in compliance with established policies and procedures and corresponding inspection records, reports, and forms are properly executed prior to releasing products. When necessary, create nonconforming material reports. Performing analysis, inspection, troubleshooting, and testing of products or components identified as non-conforming during an in-process and final inspection. Maintain inspection equipment, ensuring that it is used within the calibration cycle, and is in good working condition. Identify areas for improvement and participate in continuous improvement projects. Prepare accepted product for use by appropriately labeling product to indicate status and printing unique device identification labels as necessary. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
