Requirements:
Candidates will be experienced in Manufacturing Quality Control with an emphasis on design and build up and testing of connectors and cables . Inspection and/or testing experience desired.
Advanced candidates will be experienced with First Article Inspections, AS9102, GD&T, Calibration, Source Inspection, and Customer Quality Interfacing..
Familiarity and Knowledge of MIL spec requirements is preferred.
Ability to read diagrams, blueprints, and schematic drawings are a must to be considered for this position.
Availability for evening and night shifts required.
High school diploma or equivalency required.

The position is an essential element of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for performing certain quality checks and integrity testing on the finished clamshell product before it is shipped out to the customer. You should be able to understand all forms and paperwork and be able to communicate (write and speak) clearly in English.
What You'll Be Doing:
Must be able to conduct various QC tests on the finished product involving weight and measurement. Must be able to understand and complete associated paperwork entirely and proficiently (in English).Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to stand for long periods of time.Must be able to understand and adhere to Food Safety and Workplace Safety company policies.Must be able to stretch arms out to shoulder height and occasionally overhead and twist, bend and/or stoop.The position requires/necessitates a flexible working schedule where overtime hours may be involved.

Your Responsibilities
The QA Inspector will be responsible for performing patrol inspections on finished, in-process rubber/epoxy moulded products during all phases of manufacturing.
Perform visual inspection on rubber/epoxy-molded products to assure conformance to drawing specifications.
May use fixed or precision measuring instruments.
Assist in performing internal audits to the Quality system.
- Reads blueprints and other specifications to obtain product information.
- Assures control of nonconforming product/material to established procedures.
- Reviews and documents R.M.A.s as needed.
- Performs dimensional inspection for product acceptance as required (first pc., recall etc).
Your Background
High School diploma/GED is required
Prior manufacturing experience not required
Ability to lift to 40lbs and perform push/pull functions
Can work up to 20 hours of overtime to meet Business Objectives
