    The Quality Inspector ensures that all finished products pass all electrical and final inspections and conform to all the requirements. Duties/Responsibilities: Perform final inspection and complete all data entry with final inspection. Assist in-process inspections for all parts manufactured in FAB, Powder Coat, and Assembly, including Prototype inspection and FAIR reporting as assigned by the Quality Manager. Perform in-process inspections according to work instructions and the Quality Manager's instructions. Verify shop order packets, including prints and Bill of Materials, as required during inspections. Perform data entry of daily inspections as required. Maintain accurate and legible records and file in an organized manner. Assist production in non-conforming product analysis and resolution. Participate in Internal Audits at the assigned facility as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Language Skills: Read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, technical procedures, governmental regulations, standards, procedures, and manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, visitors, and company employees. Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply concepts of fractions, addition, subtraction, division, and decimals in all units of measure. Reasoning Ability: Define problems, collect data and facts, draw valid conclusions, and recommend solutions. Ability to interpret technical instructions and diagrams. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED 1-3 years of related experience. Minimum of 7 years of proven quality inspector experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
