Will monitor supply base and in-house processes for product conformance. Will issue, track, and verify corrective actions requested from internal or customer, and issued to our supply base. The role involves developing an Equipment Log using various forms, one-lines, drawings, BOMs, etc., and identifying OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) equipment to ensure its proper documentation. Responsibilities include tracking the receipt of proper OFCI, maintaining a tracking document, and coordinating with Materials, Quality, Production, and Project Management groups upon receipt. You will act as a liaison to the project management group to ensure clients are informed about what has and hasn't been received, prepare receiving reports, and coordinate with the NETA testing group to prioritize their testing sequence. Additionally, the position involves completing clients' prescribed notification systems such as Procore, ACC, BIM, etc., tracking equipment through the assembly process to ensure proper usage, and ensuring that equipment will work in the process as designed (e.g., stub-ups, openings). A key expectation is to be a team player and professionally vocal as issues arise. **Knowledge:** Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. **Job Complexity:** Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. What you will be doing: Read work orders or production schedules to determine specifications, such as part number, number of molds to inspect and the appropriate procedure to follow. Examine work pieces for defects and sort defective pieces according to types of flaws to scrap out the parts. Read blueprints, data, manuals, or other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, adjustment methods, or measuring instruments required. Approve finished products by confirming specifications as per the blueprints; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work. Conducting visual inspections of raw materials, components, andfinished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and regulatory requirements, Performingphysical and chemical tests on samples using equipment such as calipers, micrometers,spectrophotometers, and other laboratory instruments, Documenting test results accurately andmaintaining detailed records of quality control activities, Collaborating with production teams to addressany quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed, Following safety guidelines andprocedures to ensure a safe working environment, Communicating effectively with supervisors and teammembers regarding quality control findings and recommendations, Assisting in the investigation ofcustomer complaints or product non-conformances. High school diploma or equivalent. Veterans are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in food services preferred but not required. Previous experience in packing or a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work well in a team environment. Basic math skills for counting and recording inventory. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. Physical demands: Standing: Prolonged periods of standing on production floor (up to 8-10 hours per shift). Walking: Frequent walking around production and packaging areas. Lifting: Occasionally lift and move products or materials up to 25-50 lbs. Bending/Stooping: Regular bending to inspect lower-level machinery or products.
