Investigate cause of customer return failures. Perform inspections to applicable specifications within assembly, test and shipping departments. Document and evaluate historical data to determine calibration intervals. Diagnose and calibrate newly acquired equipment. NONDESTRUCTIVE TEST Perform daily, weekly and monthly equipment and material checks. Perform pre-inspection and post-inspection cleaning. Set-up equipment and conduct tests of a semi-complex scope. Perform complete inspections in accordance with the applicable specifications, standards and other contractual documents.
