The Receiving Inspector is responsible for ensuring quality and safety at all times while performing duties which include de-crating incoming material, dispositioning material to and from warehouse locations, cycle counting, de-kitting production orders, completing stock transfer and UPS FEDX shipments along with the required packaging, preparing pumps and parts for shipment by boxing, palletizing or crating, assisting with inventory related assignments and general shop related duties, including clean up and building maintenance.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Maintain accurate counts for all materials pulled, stocked, or staged.
Transport materials within and around the facility, including outdoor areas.
Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips.
Stock parts in designated locations and ensure inventory accuracy to support production needs.
Prepare pumps and parts for shipment by boxing, palletizing, or crating as required.
Load and unload materials and equipment using the loading dock or outdoor delivery areas.
Use SAP (Grundfos ERP system) to confirm production orders, initiate operations, and complete related transactions.
Review orders for accuracy, investigate discrepancies, reconcile material shortages in SAP, and report issues to support continuous improvement.
Support daily 5S activities and maintain department tools and equipment.
Follow all inventory control procedures and company policies.
Perform all tasks in compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and company requirements; report any non-compliance concerns.
Adhere to all health and safety policies, act responsibly to prevent injury, and report hazards or incidents immediately to a supervisor or EHS representative.
Participate in ongoing EHS initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, and complete all required EHS training.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or a combination of training, education and experience preferred.
Previous experience using SAP as well as warehouse experience, crane lift rigging, and forklift experience is preferred.

Minimum Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil

* In-depth knowledge of industry standards and codes (ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, etc.).
* Experience reviewing and implementing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality

The Process Control Department is responsible for the integrity of Point Eight Power operations by maintaining and establishing quality standards as governed by policies, procedures, and regulations. Responsibilities:
Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations, or work for conformance to client specifications.
Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
Read blueprints, data, manuals, or other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, adjustment methods, certification processes, formulas, or measuring instruments required.
Conduct As-Built Quality Reviews to ensure our products meet or exceed client expectations in terms of quality, uniformity, and reliability upon final inspection.
Facilitate the timely and effective resolution of product quality issues by serving as a liaison between the Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Managers and/or Shop Foreman.
Ensure Point Eight Power's quality and reputation by coordinating the UL labeling of products and assisting during UL inspections and other third-party inspections.
Uphold impeccable quality levels by working closely with the Manufacturing Engineer to continually develop an understanding of Point Eight Power Policies & Procedures and ISO 9001 standards.
Engage in systematic listening and responsiveness with partners and key clients by assisting the Manufacturing Engineer in handling complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Decrease operational costs and risks by actively assisting in the development and maintenance of policies that enhance process compliance and ensure product quality.
Qualifications Education/Certifications

Experience

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This is an FLSA Non-Exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state labor laws. This position is classified as non-exempt based on job duties that do not meet the exemption criteria outlined by the FLSA.

The Aircraft Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that assigned aircraft are maintained within required specifications of 14 CFR Parts 43, 91 and 125 and other FAA and DOD regulations, OEM instructions and CBP directives as required and are airworthy before operation.
Principal Accountabilities:
+ Inspect the work of Aircraft Mechanics performing maintenance repairs and modifies aircraft structures, aircraft engines, electrical, avionics and aircraft sub-systems.
+ Apply technical knowledge and expertise in determining proper equipment installation and operation.
+ Apply comprehensive technical expertise to assist the maintenance department to solve complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures' manuals.
