Essential Functions: Understand specifications for each product and application techniques for each job and familiarize yourself with job specific scope of work prior to inspection. Strong communication with all job superintendents and co-workers (commercial, tract homes, & Apartments). Must be present at all active job sites a minimum of once a week Collaborates with teams to ensure customer and manufactures quality requirements are met Spot-check and ensure quality repairs on reroofing division projects.
