Key Responsibilities:
Consistently wear and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to uphold product quality and resolve issues.

This position with the Duininck Quality Control team offers the opportunity to perform material testing, support asphalt and aggregate production, and ensure quality standards are met across a variety of projects.
The Role:
Perform sampling, testing, and reporting of results for aggregates, hot mix asphalt, and compacted asphalt cores.
Assist with laboratory work for materials from asphalt plants, paving operations, aggregate sites, and other supply locations.
Conduct lab testing in multiple environments, including field labs, production facilities, and project sites.
Enter results into reporting systems and communicate findings to the Quality Control team.
Assist with duties and project support as assigned by supervisors.
Work Environment:
Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch, and sit for extended periods.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Regularly work extended or overtime hours depending on project needs.
Travel throughout Central & Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa, and the Eastern Dakotas.
